The Westminster song cuts off early, before it even gets to the hour counts. The pendulum stops swinging. When the pendulum does swing, it makes a tiny creaking sound that I can hear from across the house.

I had one years ago & was happy to get another.

I bought this clock for my mother. Her old chime clock finally gave up and she really missed the chiming on the hour. She is very pleased with this clock. Home Depot made it easy to order online and have it delivered to her door. It arrived promptly.

I like this clock, only downside/what I don't about it is the loud chime, I wish it can be lowered.

I was truly disappointed that the clock was made of plastic therefore giving it a very tinny sound as it chimed

Plastic construction not mentioned in on line add. I am returning for credit.

Love the looks of this clock. Very elegant looking. I did not connect the chimes because I thought they would Be distracting. But they do sound nice.

The chime volume level needs an adjustment, otherwise it’s a nice clock.

Just what I wanted! Be sure to read the directions to synchronize the time of day to the chimes. I love the melody and the chimes on the hour. Clock arrived earlier than delivery date and with no problems at HD Customer Service Desk.
