Unfortunatley the height was 12 in. and the width was 24.375, so I had to return it.

Nice window, the glass is a little hard to get in but went in fine.

We love the window. Alot of breeze blows through the whole window if we open the louvers flat. It rained hard today so we angled the louvers and the rain dripped outside. Inside, we had fresh air and didn't get wet. The installation wasn't too hard either. We sealed around it with a marine grade sealant since we live on the water.

Getting the glass in was horrifying, but they look BEAUTIFUL.

I measured the opening. I found the size I needed online. I ordered them. They came in the mail. I opened the box. They fit perfectly. I followed the instructions and had them installed with no problem.The above literally NEVER happens to me !This is the first time ever that what I ordered was actually what I wanted, it fit and was easy to install !Great experience !

Perfect size to add to a small garden shed. It was easy to install, directions are accurate and precise.

Very happy with these for the price. Home Depot's price was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any other 'louver' or 'jalousie' style windows I could find online (which all seemed to be located in either Hawaii, or China through Ali Baba). I used them to supplement the filler space above window mount air conditioners so those rooms may have the option of fresh air flow when the air conditioners aren't in use. The adjustable window slats allow for maximum air flow per overall mounting space. Comes with screen. Cheerio.

First one came in assembled wrong and couldn’t be fixed

These windows do not close as one would expect. They leave a gap between panes of about an eight of an inch. These are the 24" height windows. I've also installed and been pleased with the 48 inch models, but these I could not recommend. Poorly designed mechanism that aligns panes when opening and closing. I would not buy these again and would have returned them had I been aware of there deficiency before I installed then. Now I look for a remedy.

Great window! Bought the wrong size. Need to return as soon as i make sure it wont work elsewhere.

Well packed and constructed.

These are not the windows you're looking for. While it took about 5 min to install the window, it took about 15 min to unpack it, and about an hour to assemble the glass louvers into each aluminum elevator, every one of which had to be opened with the pliers to get the glass into it without breaking the glass. Add in the time to get the goo off of every single little piece of glass from the tape its packed in, and I have more time into putting this one window in that I have in installing one pre-hung door and two 24x48 windows. While I wouldn't expect this type of window to make a good seal, make no mistake, when fully-closed it will still let in wind, sand and water--it's not a window to use where you want to keep out the elements, and I don't consider it useful for any purpose--not even the shed I installed it in. I will now have to buy an actual window to keep the shed dry. The screen is held it with sheet metal screws--I've never seen a window where you had to remove screws to get the screen out. More wasted time. Yes, they come well-packed, and in fact the bubble wrap would retail out at about what the window is worth, if not more. Half of the bed of the truck is now filled with plastic that Waste Management refuses to recycle. I wish now I'd spent twice as much or more for an actual window.

Windows look good installed, but strange having the screen on the INSIDE. All our others had the screen on the outside. Our contractor complained bitterly about how difficult they were to install, and that they install from the outside (a big deal to him but I didn't see the problem). There was an issue in that Tafco lost our order and we had to go thru Home Depot to get things going again. Tafco seems to be about the only place to get replacement Jalousie windows, with the exception of International Windows, and they are TERRIBLE. They have NO specs available and not even a chart of available sizes. I called them and could still not get any info. Unbelievable.

The windows are an excellant product, look good and operate easily, had a few broken window slats when arrived but was taken care of quickly, excellant service.

Awesome windows that are easy to install, give a unique look, great windows to install on a enclosed porch to still allow air flow, keep bugs out, and still allow security. Would highly reccommend these to anyone. Be sure to be careful opening as 3 of my glass pieces were broken upon opening. Called tafco direct and they expressed shipped replacement glass to me in 3 days. Overall very happy with the windows!

I have yet to actually try to install the windows but they are what I expected.The only problem with the order was one window was damaged in shipping and returned to the manufacturer. A week later I was still not notified. Beverley Blood customer service Bangor made the difference in my experience.

Product is very good. Delivery was in an on time basis. Product was shorted glass for window. Upon contact additional glass was sent out. Product was still short glass. Made contact for additional glass, now waiting.
