Excellent we don’t have a patio and water doesn’t leak in house.

Did the job well! Now waiting on the first heavy rainstorm.

We put this in after having problems with our French door leaking with every rain. Because this product is designed to be installed before siding we either had to remove our siding or trim some of the product. We chose the latter by trimming a half inch off the corner over hang (this didn't effect the product performance due to the location of the trim). The product was easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. Our door has experienced zero leaks after a month of being installed. Amazing! We picked this particular pan sill because of the slope and not wanting to take an chances with more rain in a now finished basement. I would highly recommend.

The sill pan worked just as intended. It was a very easy and comprehensive install. I will not have any leaks even long after the door is trash.

Not good for retro-install. Raised threshold too high for existing doors (external steel french doors). Not until sill unit was trimmed and put in place was could this be determined. Customer service was a recorded message. Product had multiple installation labels attached which required solvent to fully remove. Product being PVC, solvent made product surface tacky. Threw out sill and used adhesive tape flashing.

Product easy to use, understand for first time installation. Good product

I am using these sills under windows that I am installing in the middle of an ICF wall, fastening the windows to the concrete. I feel that the windows will look much better that installed flush with the outside of the wall, and with better waterprooof protection.

Makes window installation so much better and we have no doubt that this product will perform great against rain and snow. Highly recommend
