Cleans really good, love the extra pads and the attachments. Only draw back I think the handle swivels to much.

This steamer heats up fast and is very versitile. I have used it to clean the grout with the brushes included and it did a fantastic job. No more knee pads and toothbrushes! I simply sprayed a grout cleaner on and after a few minutes used the steamer and brush to finish the job. Afterwards, used it to clean the tile. My wife was amazed at how well it worked and how great the tile and grout looked. I also use the handheld steamer to clean my faucets and around the toilet. Also used it to clean some jewelry. It is a great product at a very reasonable price.

This is a great steam mop. It is easy to handle, lightweight and managable. It does a great job!

I got it as a mop but I use it everywhere now. I like the different tools it comes with. Easy to use. Heats up fast and it is light weight.

I read numerous reviews and reports about steam mops before purchasing this one. I love it. All the different attachments are great. The grout on my kitchen floor looks incredibe, although it was very time consuming, as you cannot just mop over it. I used the nozzle to clean it. There were some really stubborn areas that I sprayed with Tilex and let sit for 10 minutes. Then I used the nozzle attachment and everything came up easily. The nozzle attachment also worked amazing on the hinges of the toilets! Blasted any areas you have trouble getting to, and just wiped clean with a rag. I didnt have any problems with water coming out to fast or too much water. I do not think it is great on the laminate floors, it did seem to smear, however, I did not purchase it to clean the laminate. The squeegee attachment worked excellent on the mirrors. I am looking forward to how much money I will be saving on purchasing cleaning products. I told all my friends what a great product it is.
