The steam mop can be used to clean virtually anything that is non-porous. It heats up quickly, uses regular tap water ( which requires descaling like your coffee pot with vinegar), was easy to assemble, and is easy to use. I like the fact that you can use your own microfiber cloths for cleaning. The mop head has clips that enable you to use more than just the two mop head cloths that are included with the purchase. I have not had to do that yet, but I know I can. I have yet to use the mirror cleaning feature, clothes steaming feature or the oven cleaning feature, but I can with this 3-in-1 steam mop. It is a great value since I purchased it during one of the daily deals that Home Depot sends out via e-mail for $30 off.

Love the new steam mop! It was easy to put together. Lightweight. Easy to use. I used it on a parquet floor in the kitchen. It looked so much cleaner than any other usual mopping. Very happy with purchase.

Easy to assemble, was using it in 5 minutes of opening the box. Love it!

Researched product before I purchased. True to form it out performed the reviews. Only drawback was handle could be stronger. Hard, fast worker. Would highly recommend!

works great, but just be careful not to push down on the handle part too hard because the piece that holds it to the unit is made of plastic...we had to have ours replaced..but since it works really nice

My dark sealed wood floors have never looked better..,on low mpo, the floor is dry within 30 seconds of pass with mop...no streaks and bare footprints do not show up afterwards...high steam for stone tile floors..even the grout gets clean..,handle disconnects quickly for great hand held steamer..,a great buy!!

pleased so far with it's performance , hard wood and tile, windows and steamed dog door- is off white once more, steamed inside of washer - having 2 long hair dogs there is always hair, and debris that came out of the crevices will be using on fireplace this spring/summer (brick work) , there will be more duties to challenge it. A bonus can fit microfiber towels - instead of the expensive pads. I've not used the pad yet that came with- and have cleaned floors 3 times. keep steam to a lower setting on wood, it's better to go over second time than have too much steam (water on wood) also your wanting to keep the shine on floors & lift dirt. A little awkward for my steam projects, but not much different than using a dust devil with an attachment.

I have been using this product for only a week. So but so far I have nothing but good things to say. Let's see how it does in the long run.

Cons: Like others have said the handle (when used for mopping) does swivel more than it should and the cord holder clips do not come close to holding all of the cord. I found that it dripped a lot when I used the steamer head tilted up. Wasn't a problem when using it to remove wallpaper and it may have only been the head that I used. Pros: Heats up fast and produces a lot of steam when on high. Cleans great and works wonders on my old linoleum floor :) Cord is long so it has a good range of motion. Tank holds enough water for me to mop at least two decent sized rooms which isn't bad. Found it works best when I rinse the mop pad after doing one or two rooms, especially if the floor was really dirty.

I like it. bought it especially for cleaning grout. works well.

I like this product. It is easy to handle and really works. I lke to clean and disinfect all in one step!

It does what i purchased it for but it was a serious downgrade from the Shark steamer I had (this replaced it) What I don't care for is the short handle

Was very excited to get this multi-use product for steaming floors, furniture, and clothing. I got it home and it did nothing but spit out cold water. I tried using hot water, and it did the same thing, just spitting out water and not even getting close to steaming. Very disappointed!

best feature is the ease mopping floor. no hassle no buckets or ringing out mops. also great for killing fleas if you have pets.

We got a good deal on this so we thought we'd give it a try. It works as expected and we plan to use It pretty frequently for cleaning (without having to use chemicals).

The 3-in-1 feature is great. Bought this for my wife and she uses the steam mop head to touch up the floor, the steam brush to touch spots on the carpet or tough stains on clothes, and had my use the steam gun to clean the grout on the kitchen floor. This mop makes easy and quick work of any task.

I bought this to keep my laminate floors clean, it let out way too much water and left a streaky finish, it also stained my natural stone floor. I do not recommend.

I have high gloss hardwood floor and as far as performance, this steam mop cuts my "floor-cleaning" time in half. It's the best thing ever. Now, this mop came with two microfiber pads with Velcro on the back to attach to the mop. Well needless to say, the Velcro started to unstitching from the pad after 3 weeks. But the mop itself still rocks!

I have only used it to clean my hardwood floors and steps. They looked wonderful afterwards. It really heats up fast and is ready to go in 30 seconds which is great.

still too early to tell. but when I used it on my floors I like it. But I am sure as I use it everything will get better.

I've been searching for a steamer for tile floors, but that I could also use to clean my tile shower. I wanted a unit that included a detachable hand held unit. o\I've looked at other units, bought a few and returned them all due to flimsy construction. this unit was easy to assemble, even one handed, and sturdy. I used it for the first time today. it heated up quickly and beeped when ready. it comes with some nice attachments and a sufficiently long cord. the only negative is that the hooks to wrap the cord are tquite large enough, minor detail. overall very pleased with the product.

This is the second steam mop I have purchased by this Steamfast, and I have been completely happy with both purchases. Although this one, the handle is a little to flexible sort of feels like I could push to hard and it might break. Also my handle moves and I have not yet figured out how to make it stay in place. Others have commented about it making a noise, it isn't loud and it last for a few seconds while the water is heating up. Don't waste your money on the others, this one is perfect!

I am pleased with my recent purchase. I have used it as a floor cleaner (I have hardwood & ceramic tile). I have also used it as a handheld on my stove top and kitchen & bath drains. Works Great ! !
