I bought this riveter which is not ready to use. Tried to use the largest rivet and it would not cut. Then took it apart , it would not work, a waste of money

Only able to use it for one rivet as the unit won't release the pin. The riveter worked fine for applying the rivet but I can't remove the rivet pin without taking the unit apart and I refuse to have to take the riveter apart after every rivet. I'll be returning it later today. Needs a design change to allow the expended pins to be released from the riveter.

Works just as a rivet gun should this is my second one ! I use on gutter installations mostly .Comfortable handle ,easy tip chage for different sizes Never had a problem .My other one is 6yrs old and have literally use thousands of rivets. So definitely a 5-star rating!

It work the way it was supposed to until it fell apart. Pin came out and I lost parts. Called Stanley a new one is supposed to be on the way we will see

Wanted it for stainless rivets which are a little tougher to pop & it has worked excellent

broke on my fourth rivet. just bought this today, and only mounting new locks on my tool box.. no undue stress involved.

So far I've ran about a box of rivets through this riveter on a weekend project. It has done a great job only failing to shear one rivet (which could be my own fault because I loaded a bent rivet). It is light in weight and takes up no more space than typical pliers in a tool pouch or pants pocket. The angled head also make ot a great candidate for difficult reaches and tight quarters. I used it to set a rivet through a piece of scrap roofing metal to try it out. It had absolutely zero problem. I tried again, joining 2 pieces of stove pipe and again it performed flawlessly. Bigger jobs may require a heftier tool but, for small metal joining around the house or shop, it can't be beat.

This product is cheapley made and cheaply designed, a rivet got stuck and now wont work. Thanks for designing a crappy tool

Pretty good riveter for the price.

broke after the third rivit. i couldn't get the stem out of the gun. its going back to the store asap.

The mandrel got stuck in the jaws the 3rd or forth rivet I used. I don't know why or how.

Great for joining 2 pieces of metal together but doesn’t cut the end of the rivet off

The tool works really good for what I needed it for. However, it was missing the clip that keeps the handles together when not in use. I really needed it fast as it used in commercial laundromat to replace broken door catch on the dryers. I really didn’t have to order a replacement.

This crap tool broke after I used it twice . Called customer service and got no response. Very un satisfies with this product.

VERY GOOD TOOL IS VERY SIMPLE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.
