I installed these yesterday on two home office chairs which are located in rooms with 18" tile floors. They look very nice but they are very noisy. They creak/squeal as they roll. Very annoying! One chair supports only a 110lbs and the other 160lbs. I expected smooth and quiet travel with the rubberized wheels. I will return these.

This was perfect for my wooden floors. It worked out awesome.

They don't scratch the laminate flooring but the squeak while rolling

The wheels do not scratch my floor any more but they do not roll as easy as I thought they would

First, the "rubber" feels just like cheap, hard plastic. Second, after a week, the casters started squeaking so loud you could hear them in the next room, whether someone was sitting in the chair, or just moving it around. I bought two sets of these to replace the originals in our new matching office chairs, over newly refinished hardwood floors. Thankfully, I only used one set to try them out first. Can't stand the noise, don't trust the product. Had to return them.

I like them and wish I could have known about them before my hardwood floors got damaged

I admit, I was skeptical when I took them out of the box. I thought they were really plastic, not rubber like the box said. I figured I'd put them on my chair anyway, seeing as the existing wheels were junk. Much to my surprise, these wheel are awesome. I have hardwood floors so no scraping or marks what-so-ever. They glide nice and smooth.

These were so much better than the old ones that were on my office chair. The old ones hardly rolled and were scratching my vinyl plank flooring. They were easy to install and this took care of the problem.

Does not and will not roll very good. cheep waist of money. poor quality.
