These rubber casters are GREAT... they fit and work as they should. What made them even better is that I had them shipped to the house ... for FREE ! Will not hesitate to recommend.

Much quieter on our tile floors.

The picture gave me the impression of an actual resilient, soft TIRE, which is what I need owing to significant irreparable irregularities in my tile floor : These casters failed to provide that. I will return them.

They were excellent they were heavier Duty than the one on the office chair my mom has which the wheels were chipped and broken from rolling on concrete and these are more heavy-duty and they came quicker than expected very very happy with these

Returned them, would not fit correctly and did not include new mounts.

Wheels make a Squeaky noise when the chair moves.

The fit was just as it should be and the 5 pack for an office chair was even better. These wheels should last a little longer than the previous ones.

These wheels actually are not rubber but rather seem to be a softer plastic, and they are very annoying to move around. Some of my wheels actually lock up and skid on the hardwood rather than turn and roll, which may only be an issue with some individual wheels -- hard to tell. The pivot cylinder on the plastic portion of the wheel does seem to fit looser into the main steel pivot portion that inserts into the chair bottom, such that there is some play felt when wiggling the chair, and when attempting to remove a wheel, the plastic portion separates from that main steel pivot cylinder portion that's inserted in the chair bottom which then has to be pried out separately. Later tests with the previous hard plastic wheels that came with the chair show that they actually move around better on carpet than these softer wheels do on hardwood, and the plastic portions of the hard wheels don't separate during removal. No way to test floor wear except over time, and right now I am looking for a different solution for floor protection.

So far I like them. I haven't had them very long to tell the long range results.

I was hoping the gray part of the caster would be soft rubber like on a wheelchair, but it was not. It's a hard rubber. It will probably last longer but it doesn't grip the tile floor like I wanted. And with that said, it was better than fully plastic casters, so I kept them and am using them.

One wheel broke after 3 days use. Glued it back on today! We'll let you know if it holds.

These casters saved a good chair from the dumpster.

I had some wheels in my favorite office chair fail so I purchased these. They looked nice and the replacement was a breeze, it took me about 2 minutes. I would definitely purchase these again.
