While the thickness is adequate and as good as it gets for a moderate moisture barrier... The added antibacterial/antifungal feature should prove to help in reducing if not eliminating mold that can develop on concrete floors especially below grade. My complaint is regarding overall dimensions, the packaging and handling of the plastic at the factory. This item is not carried in the store so its impossible to hand select the best product from the shelf and leaves you up to the discretion of the picker in the warehouse. So, when I unwrapped the vinyl the first thing I noted was the odd way it was folded and rolled leaving weird creases in the vinyl. As I laid it out in a room that measured less than 9 X12 feet, I was surprised to find the length almost 3 inches short of the 12 feet listed as the minimum dimension on the product. I honestly expected the sheet to be a scant OVERSIZED rather than UNDER. It makes it difficult to overlap the sides of the room without patching... which is why I order the 10 x 12 sheet rather than a 3 foot roll.

This layed very nice on the bathroom floor. No struggles.

Very loud plastic compared to whats carried in stores can hear it under laminate i removed 200 sq feet of laminate to take it out

This was easy to install. The only problem we encountered was it moved easily even after we had taped it to another piece. I would suggest for anyone who is using the product to only lay a section at a time. This was our first time installing bamboo flooring so a process of elimination on how to do things was expected.

Flooring is ez to install and has a great color. I installed this flooring in 3 of the 8 units and plain to install the same floor this November

Not the best underlayment material. It would be of use after laying a thicker material. ended up not using and returning for a better quality underlayment,

Used this vapor barrier on my Allure Traffic Master laminate flooring installation. This was put on top of the relatively smooth concrete slab with an 8" overlap when taping pieces together. Then a SimpleSolutionsSoundbloc Foam Underlayment for Laminate Flooring was used on top of it for comfort and flooring sound reduction. Worked great. Was able to install this vapor barrier by myself with little to no problems. Better to install this than to have moisture set in later down the road causing mold and mildew issues. Thus damaging your flooring and affecting your health. Ensure concrete slab is smooth and free from debris prior to installation.

Roll it out, cut to fit, ready to lay Pergo. Works as it should. Concern that folds might make it difficult to apply were unfounded.

We bought inexpensive laminate and didn't want to spend more on the moisture batter, s this did the job perfectly.

Was my second time doing laminate floor install. First time doing an area over 250 sq. Surprised just how easy it was to work with this underlayment.

I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone in the SE wanting to use as an underlay for laminate flooring. It was cheap and returned.

I was unaware that the moisture bloc is doubled up on itself on the roll. As I was unrolling, and unwrapping, it became extremely cumbersome for me to handle in the very small space I was in. I finally had to get someone to help me. Not what I had in mind for my DYI project. But, the product itself seems to be very good quality, and it will hold up, the functionality is top-notch.

Ease of rollout and use. Handles well and sits within corners as expected. A better buy for the budget conscience.

This item was packaged without due consideration that the plastic stretches under tension as it is being measured and relaxes after being cut. The length on receipt measured 9' 10" instead of 10' as advertised. This would have been OK were it not a minimum dimension

The Pergo floor I bought had the underlayment on it, I needed a moisture barrier over my concrete floor. Online at Home Depot I found this low cost moisturbloc and I am very pleased with my purchase.

the vapor barrier came as expected, confirmed by tracking the UPS shippment. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely use home depot online for products that are not available at retail stores or if the items are big and requirs delivery. Thanks for doing a wonder job in shipping the product.

I believe this product would work well for all flooring needs requiring a moisture block film

Awesome Product and a necessity for concrete floors

Easy to lay down, just have a little time to let it settle before laying floor and you should get a tight water resistant membrane between the concrete and the flooring. But all told it's just glorified visqueen... any plastic sheeting with 7mm or higher rating will do...

Showed up quickly when ordered online, easy to put down and thick enough to do the job.
