Must be set up correctly with tension. Would have given 5 stars if enough pole bases were given for opened canopy on sides (only 8 provided, sufficient only for basic closed-sided garage version.)

Very disappointed with the product. The sides have a lot of slack and their is a lot of gaps in the corners. Can't correct no matter what we do. Called the company and they have been no help. It's been up for about 2 weeks. NO it does not meet my expectations at all.

This canopy does provide shade for a larger square footage than most tents, but it is not heavy duty. The pole feet are plastic and not a fixed piece, so the tent legs can easily lift out. The stakes provided are inadequate even for a single day setup. Even with the use of ground anchors, reinforcing the connections with screws and taking down the side panels it still twisted and bent in the first storm.

It is good sturdy canopy love it

So easy to set up, can be done with as few as two people.

Love this shelter and it is the second one I have purchased just take the shelter down in a storm because it will get taken away.

The tarp isn't big enough to not collect water and fold in and will rip soon. I bought clips to hold it down but there isn't anything to keep them on. Not happy and don't recommend it.

Just picture instructions sort of sucked and they should explain in more detail that the top will not fit properly unless its stretched using longer or doubled bungee fasteners and left to expand in the sun. Also the should explain that the top seam is not sewn to lay in the middle of the roof peak, its offset (I assume on purpose) to avoid wear on the sewn seam by the stretching that's needed to make everything fit.

Exactly as advertised. Easy to put together. It would be great to have some kind of locking mechanism for the poles

I am satisfied with my shelter, just what I needed.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Easy to assemble. Only used once in nice, sunny weather. Hope it holds up well for future use.

Terrible quality fell apart in the first wind storm returned 2 days after purchase.

It was more than expected

This was perfect for what I needed to cover my deck seating area. Although a little tough for 1 to put up it can be done. Definitely worth the cost.

One of the side panels came with a hole in it. I emailed pictures and a new one was here within days!

Too expensive compare to other local stores. The product is great.

Was a bit skeptical on buying this canopy but super happy I did! It has surpassed it’s expectations!! Easy to read instructions and easy to put together! Very happy with my purchase!!

The ground/leg pole bases are not as pictured in description and are there are no security stakes supplied!! The poles need to have a form of secured connection rather than just "push them together". They need to be bolted to keep them from coming apart in a strong breeze!! Yes, construction was easy - - - - because it is NOT a SECURE construction. We experienced a medium strong wind the day after this was put together and it came TOTALLY APART AND LANDED IN A HEAP!!!! Looks good, sounds good in the advertisement - - but it is not of good quality AT ALL!!! Overpriced for what was received!!!!!
