The 10'x10' shelter is great but it would be better if you still offered replacement canopy instead of having to buy a whole new unit. I buy them for the local Humane Society for shade for volunteers and shelter dogs. Having to buy a whole new 10'x10' unit is expensive but I had no option. You no longer offer just a replacement canopy for the 10'x10'. Not sure what to do with my original frame?

This really worked well for us. The product has changed over the years (the shorter length pipes were a new one on us) but we have 8 of these now, and all but one of the originals are still going strong (and that one had a vehicle drive into it ... not a design fault at all).

I bought one several years ago and that one had much sturdier legs. These are ok, but I’m doubtful they’ll hold up as well as my older one but still seems like a sturdier option than most other tents out there.

Not what I expected. The picture makes the extension look so nice and taught, I thought there was some type of frame involved. There is not. It is a side panel with some thin legs and lines. It was very droopy. It sagged between the poles. To be fair the final step in the instructions was so vague, I have no idea what it was telling me to do. I asked several people if they could figure it out and they too found it too confusing. I searched for a video but couldn't find one. Perhaps that's the step that prevents the sagging, but as I can not figure it out, I will never know.

Really nice. Easy go together. Only problem was at high winds the frame will come apart. I did drill holes in each piece and connect with bolts, problem solved.

The spikes that come with the shelter are not strong enough to keep the tent from flying away when it is windy. The tent poles also came apart at the same time.

I have had this product before and is the best.

Skip those cheapo blue canopies and just buy this.

highly dissapointed. Used all of the spikes and they gave in package. pounded 8 ft posts into ground 3 ft deep and secured legs to the posts with strapping and duck taped every joint reinforced with rope from caony frame to posts. used a square to ensure canopy was square. could not keep the cover secure with system provided. a gust of wind ripped it out of the ground bend the frame and relocated it in the power lines. If it wasnt for the posts i put in it could have caused more damage as this was the only thing keeping it teathered.

Parts don't stay together, need screws to recist heavy wind , easy to assemble, pretty good canopy but he careful when you buy in puerto rico they charge me and sell me the canopy separated it they charge me $199 for canopy and adicional $99 for the rest plus 11.5% taxes I'm not happy with that sins I show this page for reference , I see the product here , that's the reason to buy ,go to store and get a total different price of $334 not happy ... It's does not has that value , the materials are really cheap

I have used one of these for the winters to cover part of my deck. I put it up in November and take it down in March. The first year the metal eyelets broke on half of the tarp. The second year it completely crushed over in the wind storm. It looked like and elephant sat on it. It was fastened down, with the poles inside completely snapped off. I do not recommend this product for out door use where there is no full wind break to protect it from being snapped apart.

Is not as strong as shown... tubes are flimsy will probably last a season at best.-
