We've always had trouble with our white painted floors (some hardwood, some plywood). Any flat sheen porch and floor paint will show every footprint, every smudge. We needed something to bring up the sheen and make it easier to clean. Tried oil-based polyurethane which was "non-yellowing" and it promptly turned the floor yellow. Used the Parks polyurethane semi-gloss and it did the trick. Put on 3 coats. It dried clear, has a soft feel to it, and most importantly, doesn't show footprints.

Worked for what we needed. Easy clean-up.

I've used this product, off and on, for the better part of two decades (20-ish years). If you use it correctly, it'll perform about as well as any middling finish of it's kind, which is well enough. The problem is that while this finish is an acceptable offering, HD jacked up the price so badly that it's now more expensive than far superior products. Worse, there are vendors that will deliver their superior product to your front door for free, which is something apparently beyond HD.

Easy to apply, dried in time advertised. Seems to be tough.

The problem I encountered with this product is that someone in Home Depot has been opening the containers, removing the seal, and taking out approximately one fourth of the product. Otherwise it’s a great product

This is my go to product for flooring. Love it. Highly recommend it.

Excellent product, fast drying, easy to apply but price is getting to high like everything else.

This product is terrible! I stirred it as said, watched several videos to make sure I did everything correctly on my paper bag floor and it turned cloudy. Ruined my whole project and countless hours of work. I then found a website where a woman did a comparison of polyurethane products and it came it last and it also turned cloudy! Don’t buy this product

Easy to apply, dries fast, & looked great when finished

This product went on very nice. Although the front of the bottle said it was a satin finish. It is more like a high gloss finish. “Beware”.

This has worked great for two rooms we have refinished. This was used on pine flooring that was originally installed in 1911. We did not stain the flooring at all. This has provided a glossy finish and four coats has seemed to be the optimal so far.

I like the water base, which makes cleanup easy. Nice semigloss finish.

Wood color shows thru. Easy cleanup and dried reasonably quick.

Application was easy I used the sure line deck applicator.
