Assembly directions were pretty good, the 4 wood screws needed...

The fireplace is beautiful. It was very easy to put together. The directions were well written and all the holes lined up. I am a little disappointed with flame height. It’s not like the picture. Our den has an open wall so the heat it emulates is minimal, but the ambeiance is there so I love it.

Great product with a very elegant look. Dressed the room up nicely. Flame looks real and gives off a nice touch of heat. It’s certainly not a space heater (Not advertised as one), but it does the job.

This is a beautiful piece! Why not 5 stars? I think the item is a bit overpriced when comparing it to other electric fireplaces of similar nature. I paid the extra $$'s because of the claim of "real flame". It isn't any better than others I've seen. Also wrong color mantle was originally sent.

My 13 year old grandson put this fireplace together for me. It took him approximately 1 1/2 hours. It really looks great and I love the look of the fire. We've had a few chilly mornings and this fireplace has done a great job of knocking the chill out. I can't wait to decorate the mantle for Christmas. Very pleased with this electric fireplace.

A little tough to put together because there were so many pieces and the holes for the screws were not lined up perfectly, but we made it work.

my fireplace arrived in a very short time , it came in 2 packages ,, mantle in 1 heavy box and the fire unit in a separate box ,, mantle had to be assembled , but instructions were very good and it went together very easily ,, it looks great in my family room ,,and I really enjoy it

For that much money the product should have come pre-assembled. It looks good once you put it together. I didn't like the chain screen in front it makes it look cheaper so we push it off to the side. Mainly for looks doesn't give out much heat.

This is the 2nd purchase of this fireplace. We previously bought this same fireplace 5 years ago for our previous house. Now we are buying one for our new house. This is a great alternative for heating a bedroom rather than heating the whole house all night. It is easy to assemble & very convient.

Overall, very nice. Firebox is pleasing although not completely realistic. Heat output is decent. The hearth is very attractive in the blackwash finish. For the average person, assembly was easy - just follow the simple step-by-step instructions included.
