Bought one, brought it home and it didn’t work. Returned it for a second one, brought it home and it worked for 2 minutes on a full charge and quit. Horrible!!!

The joystick is extremely overly sensitive and this mower has a ton of power/speed so you end up all over the place, forget about driving in a straight line, going around small objects or perimeters without hitting something, as you are pretty much fighting the joystick the entire time. Instead of snapping back into straight mode when let go the joystick keeps its direction, and forget about finding neutral before you run into something.

I unwrapped the mower today. There are no batteries and no charger and customer servive cannot help other than to have the mower picked up and my money refunded. Actually HD customer service is saying I have to call my local store even though I didn’t think this purchase went through them at all.

Good power,but really heavy.Not worth the 300$ plus price tag.Would not recommend to friends and family.

this mower will not go. it turns on, that is all it does not go forward, back ward etc... ryobi customer care, non existent. on phone 30 min, had to hang up. their chat is a bot so no help there, run because HD doesn't even show how to return the garbage they just delivered to me.

The trimmer itself is horrible but the value of having a rapid charger ($150 ) and a 6ah battery ($179) add up. Those are great. If you view it as buying the two of them plus getting a junky trimmer for only another $20 then it makes sense. The trimmer is junk because the guard is so big you can't navigate around plants and other objects. It is extremely heavy. The trigger sticks and will spin full throttle even when disengaged. It eats through the battery. A 6ah battery on the other ryobi 40v trimmer will go much longer. I still may end up returning it because the trimmer is that awful. But I may keep it for the battery and charger and to have an extra trimmer on hand.

I purchased the 30 inch zero turn today on sale. Price was great. Haven’t had time to ride it yet, only issue I found was floor frame and various hardware are rusted. Rust bubbling up from the frame where foot board is. I realize that home depote displays the lawn mowers outside but for a new one to rust this fast has me worried .

My mower developed a problem with moving, and mowing. I called the service number from the manual. The first rep. said it was the battery, he ordered a new battery. But that wasn't the mower problem. I called the service department again, and Brian answered. He was great and interested. he said he would send a technician to my house to fix the mower. a couple days later Rob Merrick came as suggested. He found the problem, and fixed it in about a hour. Brian and Rob were super great. Thank you.

Very easy to assemble, can’t see control panel good when the sun is out. There’s a serious glare. Gotta get use to the joystick control.

The Home Depot team removed the mower from the shipping platform prior to loading it on the truck. The machine arrived in good condition with all expected kit present. The seat installation is a bit tricky as it is robust. It would be good if the delivery team assisted with this step. The mower is well made giving a good cut and mulching performance. It easily completes my small lawn on a full charge. I'm slowly learning to drive it.

purchased thinking it was the carbon fiber expand it yet isn't. then wouldn't let me return or exchange it so im stuck with it... it works ok but still disappointed with purchase since I had attachments already from gas version but with shoulder messed up had to switch to electric and now can't even use attachments till I get another weed wacker with changeable heads

I have always been a gas weed wacker guy, but this one is better. It is so nice not smelling like 2cycle mix and not fighting it to start. The power is truly there. It was taking out plants in my yard that my old 2 cycle wasn't. The downside, all the weight is I'm the head, and your front arm gets tried quickly. By no means am I a small or weak guy, but it was noticeable after 30 minutes. Even with the 6 hour battery to act as a counter balance, it was nose heavy. I would still get it, but I might be getting an 8 hour battery, just to see if it balances better.

I got it for my nephew, who cuts the lawn, and he loves it. It is quiet, the only noise is from the blades, and is small enough to go through the gates. It will cut the entire yard on one charge.

I absolutely love it. It works well and has an hour charge life under constant use

This Trimmer is far more powerful than I'd imagined. The 18V version that I have is so underpowered that I hadn't had much hope. This does provide gas-power level force and I was able to cut my very large forest of a yard in a third of the time it would have taken with the 18v. Immediate difference and now I want to see the rest of the 40V line

I purchased this recently so I cannot say how it performs as yet but I bought it online through my ProAccount after viewing it several times at my local store. I like that it has a fairly small footprint in my garage and that the batteries can be taken out of the unit to charge in case there is not a plug near where the mower is stored. Nate and Chris at the Middletown CT store went out of their way to assist me after the mower was delivered. I am ready to mow!

I was super pumped to get this as a father's day gift. It has been nothing but head aches. The head is made of cheap plastic and some models are better than others. The battery weight makes using the weedeater uncomfortable and diffcult for basic edging with out the over priced attachment. Would have taken it back the first time I used it but I didn't want to hurt my wife's feeling being that she went to so much effort. Should have hurt my wife's feelings. Regret not hurting my wife's feelings.

Bought this a week ago, going back to the store this weekend. Poorly designed control interface disables the controls if you come to a stop on a slope. Not even a big slope, just any slope that the thing will roll on. It doesn't apply a brake if you come to a stop, and it disables the controls if the thing is rolling. So if you stop, it will roll downhill and there is nothing you can do about it other than put the parking brake on. Dangerous as it almost went over a ledge and I had no steering.

Great mower with good battery life. The joystick steering takes a little getting use to but after a few cuts you will be flying around your yard. I love the variable speed on the blades giving you lots of choices. Ryobi does it again.

This string trimmer is amazing. I was able to trim and edge my driveway in half the time of my old trimmer. It was able to cut through the running St Augustine runners with no problem. No more pulling or cutting them by hand.

I purchased this trimmer to help cut around fence posts, and such on my property. The battery dies out quickly. I charged it fully and set out to trim again. After 15 minutes of light trimming, the battery died. I returned the unit to Home Depot and repurchased another. It didn't make any difference. The trimmer is not for any trimming beyound a small flower bed. I returned the second trimmer and got a gas powered one. The electric trimmer is nowhere near what the gas powered can do. I would not recommend this product. I will stick to gas powered equipment when it comes to outdoor landscape.
