Purchased to replace an old drain machine from another manufacturer. Out of the box 5 min later I cleared a tough grease blockage in 5” orange burg pipe.

Tired of paying the plumber each year for the job, buy this machine and start doing it myself. It's been perfect for me.

Two more uses and it will have paid for it self. This is to replace Bi-annual maintenance call outs.

Great Machine and versatile

If you have more than a one story building you simply cannot use a small, short drain cleaner. One needs one at least 75 feet in length and this one is 100 feet. It helped us clean out 4 floors of debris and grease in the sink drainage pipes! I don't know why I didn't buy it years ago!

Easy to use and did what o needed it to for

I go this machine 2 months ago and it has come handy a few times, glad it bought it.

I bought this about 1 month ago and it works fantastically. It was just what I have been looking for and at a decent price.

Got it home the same day & used it got my drain unclouded but went to returning my cable and it kinked, yeah it sucked. So now I can’t use it until I buy another cable to put on it.

I love this thing except one major flaw. The belt slides off. And you got to keep stooping and putting it on. I have used this once for a few hour job and the belt does that? Total design flaw. Waiting to take mine in to get serviced and hopefully it will be fixed. Just disappointed in using it once and belt doesn't stay on.

I purchased this drain cleaner because of recurring issues with my main drain line. I also purchased additional Ridgid drain cleaning attachments for the machine. I didn't have to use anything more than the original ball attachment. Also I purchased the 1/2 inch drain cable. It took me no time at all to get through the blockage, the snake worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this.

Simple to operate even for a 70 year old homeowner. Worked like a charm.

On top of delivery issues the auto feed is horrible the machine has hardly any power I have stood behind rigid for all of my tools but after this I think I'm going to rethink my position the auto feed mechanism in the picture above is nothing like the generic Harbor Freight looking piece of garbage online which is completely useless you have to jam the lever and put weight on it to get it to even function

The box came like it went 5 rounds with Tyson and the paint was chipped on one of the bars. But other the. That it operates how it should

More than met my expectations I highly recommend this product Rigid doesn’t disappoint.

This product is all around great for clearing clogs in your home. The price is about two plumber call outs, so it's fairly easy for it to pay for itself. Setup was very easy, it is much more effective than a PowerSpin, and easier to work the clog. The foot pedal is a great touch and everything you need is in the box. The instructions for the tool has some great tips for clearing a clog. This is the perfect homeowner size. The 3/8" can get through drain bends and the 75' means if the builder did was stingy on the clean outs you can still get to the clog and work it.

Works great. good instructions. Cleaned two lines in less than an hour.

Bought this because the other model was out, and was tired of shelling out several hundred dollars for plumbers to come out to do what we did next. Well we got it home and moved everything out of the way in the bathroom including the toilet. Took a few minutes to read the instructions and then to assemble the Ridgid and wheeled it into the bathroom next to the drain and pulled off enough to get passed the curve of the pipe and turned it on 20 minutes later My drain pipe was clear and I found out what was blocking the pipe.
