Huge toolbox
I'm finally organizing my tool, and most of the toolboxes I have just don't compare to this Gigantic RIDGID 2.0 pro Gear system!! This 25 inch toolbox holds all my large tools and then some, and it's a stackable, system that allows you to bring everything you need to your job sight, love it! This tool cart has All Terrain tires, rolls around like a breeze, has an easy to expand handle, easy lift off of the toolbox and a little tool organizer for hammers and small stuff that are easy to grab and go!! This is a well-made very thought-out system and will make your tool organizing a breeze!!

Great way to to store and to transport you tools
I am very pleased with this RIGID portable tool box system. It provides a convenient way to store and transport my tools. I got the 3-tier set which includes an attachable dolly system. Each of the tiers can be used separately with the dolly or they can be stacked. Another feature is that they come with attachments to allow them to be hung on the wall to get them up out of the way when not in use. I like the way the latches lock tight on the containers, and the fact that you can apply a padlock (not included) to secure the contents. Another feature that I like is that there are spacers that can be setup in the smaller box to keep your tools separated. Additionally, there are interior boxes with lids in the two smaller bins to hold loose items such as socket sets etc. These interior containers have lids to keep the contents from spilling, are also removable when not needed.

Ridgid 22" Pro Grear Toolbox, Model #254067 is GREAT!!
The Ridgid 22” Pro Gear Toolbox, model #254067, color black, is a great, handy, and durable toolbox by itself or in combination with other modular boxes from the Ridgid Pro Gear Gen 2.0 or 1.0 series. This rugged toolbox is also designed to be added to the stackable and customized Ridgid Pro Gear System Gen 2.0 or the older 1.0 series which is a modular rolling storage/carry around system. Two side folding carry handles (Attach and Detach) that can be used when two or more Ridgid toolboxes are stack on top of each other to secure them as one moveable unit. This tool storage system is ideal for the homeowner or contractor in the shop or the contractor working in the field to conveniently hold parts, supplies, and needed tools. The toolbox made from non-rusting resin material and that has a snap-in-place hinge to hold the lid up without constantly falling down. It has a large 9 3/4", movable and snap-in place, orange color handle for conveniently carrying the toolbox which has size dimensions: 22.4” x 13.8” x 12.2”. Inside the toolbox, there are two molded divider grooves that allow you to provide your own types of wooden/metal/plastic dividers (not included) should you have a need to divide up the interior space of the toolbox. Within the toolbox, it has a removable, full width 19” x 4” internal organizer tray with snap-in place top lid to hold small tools and accessories items. There is a large, built in, 3/8” hole through the lid and toolbox body so you can add an optional padlock (not included) for extra security. There two large 2 1/2" heavy duty front drawer latches that tightly holds down the lid to the toolbox. The toolbox has a IP65 (Ingress Protection) rating for water and dust resistant to entering the toolbox for a tight enclosure fit. The IP65 rating means that the orange gasket in the lid of the toolbox helps withstand low pressure water spray jets from all directions as well as condensation moisture which is especially helpful in outdoor environments. At the back of the toolbox, there are two slots (Fix-and-Hold Technology) that allow you to use the two provided brackets and screwing them into 2x4 studs to mount the toolbox on the wall thereby keeping it off the floor to free up working/storage space. This toolbox is covered by a Ridgid Limited Lifetime Warranty, and it is Made in Israel. It is a real heavy-duty toolbox to have and use, especially to protect your tools! Excellent product!!

Very nice box to keep your Rigid power tools in along with their accessories
The Rigid 2.0 Modular box system is a real sweet storage system to get your tools to any job site. The box is very sturdy, so you're not worried about breaking it or pulling off a handle even you overload it. When you can't pick it up your loaded, you won't break it. I put all the battery powered Rigid tools in the box with chargers and there is a big removable tray with a lid to put all your bits and other necessities in to get the jobs done. This box is just one of many different sizes that you can mix and match along with dollies that they lock on to so you can keep everything organized.

The RIGID Pro Modular Tool Box Storage System are the Bomb
The RIDGID 22 inch Pro Gear Tool Box 2.0 system are the bomb. While this review is geared toward the center box, I acquired the three piece modular system, which is outstanding for and professional or DIY handyman like myself. The modular aspect of this storage system is so handy for transporting and moving around any kind of gear. The wall mounting brackets make out-of-the-way storage a snap. The quality is outstanding and the RIDGID 22 inch Pro Gear Tool Box is very rugged, and water and dust proof.

Excellent tool storage
I chose this Rigid Pro Gear rolling toolbox because I'm always putting my battery powered tools and hand tools in several different tool bags to haul them around. This toolbox (along with the 2 additional toolboxes I have) is so functional and lightweight (when they're empty) which makes them convenient and really easy to take to job sites. The wheels and extending handle make these as easy as pulling a rolling suitcase! There are also metal side handles that you can grab to lift into your vehicle. The separate hand tool organizer within the larger box keeps everything from rolling around. See included pictures for more details of this 25" rolling tool cart along with the other 2 boxes which stack neatly and securely on top of each other. The pull cart comes apart from the toolbox so that you can just use the box if desired. The wheels are a nice 9" in diameter, so it moves easily over rough terrain. I absolutely love this well made tool storage system and am so happy to have a place to store all of my tools!!!

Tuff Wheeled tool job site box
Ridgid designed this for any home owner or contractor. this is just part of the Ridgid Pro Gear set of tool storage system . you can mix and match the set as your needs require . this tool box came with a removable wheel system . the wheel unit has a built in handle that lifts and needs to be to tip the box so its rollable . in the down position the handle about 31 inch tall and stop you from tipping the toolbox on the wheels . the handle in the up position the handle is about 41 inch tall . free it to be rolled on the wheels . to also make the pro box moveable without the wheels there is a strong and comfortable fold down handle. that's on the center of the top of the cart box. the unit rolls well and is easy to maneuver . there is a reinforced slot for a padlock on the pro 2 gear toolbox. the unit came with a small organizer for internal storage . this unit large and deep enough to hold 2 Ridgid 4 amp. battery's .plus some extra items there is a divider built into it. A big Plus Ridgid designed Pro Gear 2.0 to Work with there older Pro Gear 1.0 system . so no need to upgrade your older system .just buy new box's or units as your needs warrant. these Pro Gear System gearbox's come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

If you have heavy tools to move around, this is the way to go.
I got this box so I can stack my other boxes on top of it. This box also comes with a dolly type carrier that can easily be detached and reattached as needed. The dolly also comes with a adjustment so you can extend the handle and make it easy to transport up to 4 boxes. When the handle on the dolly is pushed all the way down, it's two legs hit the ground and add stability to the stacked units. This tool box by RIDGID comes with two divider rails so you can divide the box into three sections. I used 3/8 plywood to make my dividers, this box did not come with dividers. It also comes with a nice sized orange box that I can put smaller tools like bits for my drivers saw blades, and screws/bolts/parts for a particular job around the house or on the job. The dolly has two 9 inch in diameter rubber coated wheels that make moving three boxes loaded with tools easily. You can also lock this case using the supplied built in steel reinforced eyelets. RIDGID also provides this box with a orange water and dust resistant gasket that fits the entire perimeter of the roof of the box. Two front heavy duty latches hold the lid securely onto the box. Two side "fix-and-hold" technology rubber handled clasps hold this box securely to other boxes can be added above it, this clasp also allows this box to be stacked in any configuration. The inside dimensions of this box are approximately 13 1/2 inches high, 12 inches deep, and 20 inches wide. I can easily put up to 6 cordless DeWalt tools into the box with batteries and charger. There is an added handle on top of the box so I can easily carry this box as a single unit. This box with attached dolly is a must if you are going to stack boxes.

Great little case, acts as a stand alone or stacks onto other units, great for small projects.

No Stone Unturned
The Rigid 22" Pro-Gear tool box can be used as a stand-alone toolbox, or as part of the Pro-Gear system of modular wheel-mountable work boxes. It's is the 'middle sized' box in the lineup, along with 320483553 (Power Tool Case) and 320483537 (25" Rolling Tool Cart) and 305855062 (Small Parts Organizer). It comes with a set of wall-mounts and small parts organizer. The construction is sturdy through out and intelligently designed. Let me give the list of Pros and Cons: Pros: 1) Heavy duty metal latches. These are strong and close the lid snugly. 2) Full-sized rubberized handle feels sure and snaps in place 3) The lid has an extruded grid pattern which adds strength and stability 4) The lid snaps into the open position to prevent falling even in wind 5) Wall mounting hardware is sturdy and saves space (6) The internal seal keeps box contents dry 7) Metal stacking latches are strong and snugly secure the boxes together 8) The wheeled trolley has a low-profile design which saves space, as well as rubber wheels 9) The Padlock hole has steel grommets. By itself it may not prevent theft of the box, but can help keep contents secure. Cons: There isn't anything I don't like about this box or the lineup. I hope that helps. I'm divided between using the Pro-Gear lineup for my tools, or for transporting stuff on for my kids' scout camping trips (possibly both). Either way, It's a great box and a great lineup.

Really nice tool bo
This is a nice tool box! It's heavy duty and can take plenty of abuse. The latch locks are strong and chrome plated to reduce rust. It has a divider inside as well as a nice snap locking small tool holder. The interior is plenty big enough to hold lots of your tools. It has two side handles for easy carrying. This box is designed to be used with two other boxes to make a large three piece tool management and storage system.

perfect size, very functional
This toolbox is great. I am a project manager and don't require a full arsenal of tools but do occasionally need to step in and help. I keep this toolbox in the back seat of my truck to keep favorite tools organized and portable. If I do need something I can grab the box and bring all the necessary tools inside in one trip. There is room for my circular saw, drill, hammer, socket set, multitool and other misc. smaller tools. The smaller storage bin inside keeps screws and other hardware seperated.

Handy Rolling Tool Cart Box
I received my RIDGID 22-inch 2.0 Pro Gear storage box; this is an IP 65-rated box that will keep out dust and water. I like that the box is backward compatible with the RIDGID gen one boxes and has more space than the previous models. The boxes come with brackets so they can be wall hung. This box will go on my RIDGID tool cart. The boxes also have a convenient organizer box that fits nicely inside. Overall, I like the place provided for a padlock, the Lifetime warranty, the heavy-duty latches, and the easy-to-use latches that hook up to the other rolling cart boxes.

Heavy Duty
I received my RIDGID 2.0 rolling tool cart and organizer box; this cart is the new edition RIDGID rolling tool cart series. The organizer box is large and will hold many of my bulky tools. You can add more RIDGID tool boxes to this cart. The cart has a place to put your foot on the rear to help you lift the cart when it's loaded to get it rolling. I like that the box is IP 65 rated to keep out water and dust; there is a thick gasket around the inside of the lid. This cart has nine-inch wheels with rubber tires instead of solid plastic wheels. The handle to the cart is detachable, which is a nice feature, and the lid on the box will stay open on its own. Overall, this is a solid, durable cart that will come in handy hauling tools to the job site or around your home, and I like that the RIDGID products come with a Lifetime warranty.

These toolboxes will make a great set for storage and travel
My tool box came in today and I am planning on using it to safely and easily transport tools back and forth. I like the idea of the lid gasket for dust and water (rain) resistance. The latches are very sturdy appearing. Should be no issues with them. I like the fact I can remove dividers if I want. The compartmentalized small insert box will be handy for some small items, rather than have then rolling around in the bottom of the case. The case comes with two wall mounts which was a cool surprise to me. With standard stud spacing of 16" these can make for a very handy method of storage and being able to access in the shop. I will have to get another and maybe the larger box with wheels.

A great grab and go tool box
My woodworking shop is very well stocked and organized, but as we all know a lot of our projects have to be done where they sit, not in the shop. What I was looking for was a light weight versatile tool box that I could just load up with what I needed and go do the job. It helps that this one is wall mounted and flat. Top it off it is water and dust resistant and has a metal ring to put a padlock through. You can easily see how the compartments work, but I did some pictures showing some of the bigger ways it can work for you.

Best tool box system I have ever seen!
I can't say enough about this tool box. It is part of the Ridgid toolbox system. Each box has a different use but can be used any way one wishes. This case is to hold a power tool or two and the needed accessories for the tool. The plastic is very sturdy, their are handles for lifting on the sides and a handle on the front. The case has a place to add a lock to lock the case, It also comes with a wall hanging kit and a removable accessory box. It fits perfectly on top of my other Rigid toolboxes which makes it very easy to move around when using the dolly type main case. I am looking forward to using this case for many years, I am convinced it will not break, crack, or otherwise wear out.

Awesome product
One of the best There's a lot of stackable rolling tool boxes out there today. This is towards the top for quality and features. The interlocking mechanism is really simple. You just flip a bar up and it's locked. There's a metal grommet reinforced locking feature. You can put padlock on and feel assured that your stuff isn't going to get gone through by your coworkers. It's a heavy duty plastic case. It's not going to stop somebody from cutting open your case. I like the wall mounted brackets. Super easy to install on your shop wall and hang your toolbox safely. I also like the weather seal. This is not waterproof, but if it's raining on the job site you can make sure that your stuff is going to stay dry. Highly recommended.

Great addition to the Pro Gear System
This storage case has a nice rugged look to it which reflects well on the brand name RIDGID. It is one component of the Pro Gear System that provides stacking capabilities for several storage boxes including the Pro Gear Cart with wheels for easy transporting. This particular tool box has up to three main storage areas created by using the 2 included dividers and is targeted for power tool storage. The dividers can be removed easily for larger items. One convenient feature is the wall mounts which can either be used for semi-permanent storage in your garage or as needed on a job site. The benefit of this storage solution is that you can reduce the number of power tool bags/containers you need to carry with a convenient transportation solution. It also comes with a shallow orange small parts organizer.

Great design I like how the cargo box can disconnect from the wheels.
Great design I like how the cargo box can disconnect from the wheels. I was very impressed when I got this cart. I like how it has a waterproof seal and the tool organizer on top is great to have spare tools that you will always need on hand. the sturdy handle feels like it can tow just as much as any other handcart. even loaded it up with other boxes this seems like it will do the job well the wheels on the bottom are maybe 8 to 10 inches tall meaning they can handle terrain very well. I’m so happy I got this cart I’ve been looking at them for a long time and finally got one

Ridgid Pro Toolbox (2.0) One Solid Tool Box
I just got this RIDGID Pro Gear Power Tool Case (Gen 2.0). The tool box is very well made and has a few new features compared to the older Ridgid tool boxes. The first new feature I noticed was the heavy duty clasps to open and close the tool box. They feel solid and they open and close super easy. Ridgid includes two wall mounts to hang the box from a wall. After attaching the two mounts on a wall (They mount 16 inches apart to easily fit two wall studs) the tool box quickly slides on and off the mounts. The tool box interior is still accessible even while hanging from the mounts on a wall. There is a reinforced hole in the top and bottom of the box for a padlock to secure the contents, two removable dividers and a small parts tray with a hinged lid for smaller parts or fasteners. Ridgid made the generation 2.0 toolbox compatible with older tool boxes, allowing the newer and older tool boxes to be connected for easy transport. This is one solid tool box that is gonna come in handy while transporting tools and supplies.

Very solid but heavy cases
This is a very well designed, rigged, water and dust proof tool case. The handle extends quite well so that you can stack two more smaller boxes on it. The boxes have a mechanism to lock to each other. It also comes with a small storage organizer in it. There are also 2 hangers so that you can slide them on your wall (if the wall is good enough to carry them). This is not your light toolbox which you can take to camping or fishing. It is pretty heavy.

Durable power tool combo storage
I find these types of power tool boxes to be super handy to store a power tool, battery, charger, and off to the job you go. I opted to use this Ridgid Pro Gear power tool case for my hammer drill and impact driver. You'd be amazed at how much fits inside this box! In addition to the hammer drill and impact driver mentioned above, I also included a case of woodworking drill bits, a case of masonry drill bits, and 2 3AH batteries. In the included tray, I store pencils, markers, chalk, and plenty of spare bits of common sizes. Two wall connectors are included so that you can mount this box to a studded wall when not busy transporting these to and from. The padlock eyelet on the cover accommodates regular-sized locks. If you have multiple boxes to stack, the metal side latches lock them down securely. The two front metal latches cinch securely as well. It is IP65 rated so you can rest easy knowing your tools are safe from dust and water sprays. The lid stays open on its own when opened. Its durable inventions like these that make tool storage a fun and effective mobile/stationary solution.

Surprising amount of storage space!
With recent projects having come up, I've had to buy bare tools with no proper way to store them. This 22-inch Ridgid Pro Gear Toolbox solves that issue! Paired with the rest of the Gen 2.0 setup, I now have storage for all my tools. I chose to designate this toolbox to my grinders and accessories since I recently had to sand the metal auger housing to my 13-year old snowblower, and rusted metal deck to my lawnmower, down to bare metal before priming and painting. In this box, I was able to fit my orbital sander, angle grinder, flap discs, oscillating tool, a bunch of 80-grit and 220-grit sandpapers, a couple 3AH batteries, and 2 bags of 2-inch sanding discs. In the included tray, I stored my straight die grinder, 90-degree die grinder, as well as some oscillating tool blades. A water seal on all 4-sides of the lid protects against dust and water from entering. I like the fact that when you open the lid, it stays open by itself. If you have the older style gen1 boxes, they will fit on these gen2 boxes. Finally, I'm getting better organized by the day!

Super easy to transport to and from
I've been in the market for mobile tool storage for a while now, done my research, and this is the setup I chose because frankly, I now have a few tools that don't have a proper way to securely store them. I'm heavily vested in the Ridgid tool brand and was elated to see options in the Ridgid Pro Gear storage cart/boxes and sizing options. I chose to use this Ridgid Gen2 Pro Gear mobile cart to store my framing nailer, finish nailer, brad nailer, palm nailer, charger, 4 battery packs, different sized nail clips, with still room to spare. The heavy-duty 9-inch wheels make it a cinch to traverse gravel, grass, and the like. The telescoping handle can extend to accommodate a stack of storage boxes, or brought down when only the cart is being used, or removed entirely if space is limited (by squeezing the two tabs inward) to fit inside a truck. The padlock eyelet on the cover accommodates regular-sized locks. If you have multiple boxes to stack, the metal side latches lock them down securely. The two front metal latches give the ears a pleasant ping, assuring everything is fastened. As expected, this has a water seal to protect against dust and water from entering. The included organizer tray fit 2 3AH batteries with ease. I appreciate the fact that when you open the lid, it opens ALL THE WAY VERTICAL (see picture) and stays open by itself, giving you full access to the box contents. If you have the older style gen1 boxes, they will fit on these gen2 boxes. Honestly, this does everything I want it to do, so I'm happy!

Lightweight and sturdy
This has been handy for more than just tools. We like using it for camping because it’s so versatile. The box can be easily removed from the wheels, this is especially helpful when we clean it out because we can hose it off and let it dry upside down without the wheels. There are accessories that work with this system and help to make the large bin space more organized or can stack on top. We think j it’s relatively light so considering how sturdy it is.

Quality at a good price
2.0 Pro Gear System 25 in. All Terrain Rolling Tool Cart and Organizer Tool Box. I also own the previous series of these Rigid stackable boxes and was hoping these boxes would attach to my previous Rigid cart, and they don’t. This design is slightly different. The latches on these boxes are on the front and on the side on my old boxes. The wheels are on the outside of the boxes on this cart and within the width of the boxes on my old cart. My old boxes also didn’t come with small treys to organize smaller items. The wheels are 25.5 inches wide. The boxes have an orange seal around the lid to keep water and dust out. I think this is a super nice set to organize your gear that should last for years and years. The three stackable boxes with the cart are less than $200 so it is priced correctly. Box height Box with cart-16.5 inches With the small box on top of the cart and bottom box-22.5 inches With the medium size box on to of the cart and bottom box-28 inches All three boxes with the cart-34.5 inches
