I am returning this product . I found it very hard to use and it take a good solid pull to work. I was not satisfied with product..

I made one cut with my reciprocating saw then remembered I bought this. It was so much cleaner and easier to use. I am really glad I bought it and it saved me a lot of time.

Brother in law had one and was impressed so found it at Home Depot and am glad to have purchased.

Kept breaking the blade.

I was working in a confined and semi hostile space and this tool made all the difference in getting the job done quickly and getting me out of there.

Needed to cut a couple of inches off a drain stub while installing a new kitchen sink, and had very limited space. A hacksaw would have been hard to work and the cut would be ragged. This tool was an absolute life saver. A few seconds and the job was done, a nice square cut with no burrs. The new fitting went on smooth and easy and that was that. Highly recommended for anyone working with 1-1/2" drain pipe.

It is hard to use and hard to cut PVC pipe.

Weak blade would not cut straight. Returning

I attempted to use this tool on 2" ABS pipe , it was NOT easy to snap on to the pipe. However, when it did , it was difficult to rotate, and eventually cut the pipe. slanted cut and broke the cutting blade.

Excellent tool, cuts nicely. Ridgid makes great tool. In all applications.

Real simple tool. Works well.

Works descent, but doesn’t cut straight.

I marked the pipe began to to cut it by the time it was 1/4 of the way around it was way off. So I ended up using a miter saw. I will be bringing this peice of junk back for a refund.

Cuts are good but uneven

WHere do I get replacement blades after I use the one in the handle?

Cuts real good, but not easy to cut exact and off long lengths. Good for hook up jobs on finish under sinks.

Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage. I threw it away an hour after I bought it. It only cuts brand new abs. It is worthless on abs that is a few years old. I made one cut on new pipe. Then, when I tried to cut the old pipe, it broke the blade. I replaced the blade, carefully put the pipe in a vice and carefully tried again. The 2nd blade and the pipe both shattered. I finally just used a saws-all. Don't waste your money like I did.

Blade broke right in between each use. When it was working it did not allow a straight cut. Use a hack saw in lieu of using this

This tool cuts very nicely and leaves a perfect clean and square edge. My only regret is that I did not buy this, or a similar cutter, years ago.
