This item with a Ridgid shop vac works better that the vacuums at the car wash

The on/off switch is faulty. When turning the switch off, the slider gradually moves the switch back to on position which is inconvenient

Must have for detailing
This is a awesome addition to the rigid shop vac,
It makes cleaning between the seats super easy with the long wand and the ends the swivel. If it breaks I will absolutely buy again

Shop vac came with a small wheel broken (in the box).
I am finding the locking hose to be a little stiff.

Not worth the money. Suction is mediocre and the unit is made of the thinnest plastic. Accessories aren't anything special and the auto detailing house cap consistently falls off and whines loudly. My 18 year old Rigid with less horsepower is built much better and performs better.

The first round of vacs came with broken wheels and returned. I ordered two for our service techs. Then the second round 1 came with another broken wheel. Terrible packing of the product and the boxes were bent and smooshed in areas. Shippers did not care how they handled the product.
