It worked for about two days. My toddler can open the door after about 3 tugs.

Easy to install, secures door perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

It's too weak to hold off. My 18 months old was able to push the door and open it which defeated the purpose. I just need some privacy in study room while taking work calls/meetings.

I used the locks on some doors as added security. I don't except them to stop anyone wanting to enter but forcing them open will require some extra effort.

These locks are easy to install and give us an extra sense of security. We had them in our last house and bought them again for our new home. I wouldn't be without them. We even had two on our bedroom door. I highly recommend buying these.

Does the job of keeping our toddler from opening the front door while we aren't watching. Looks fine and was easy to install. Comes with a little screw to disable lock when not in use. There is a second hole just for storing this little screw. However, in tthis storage position it interfered with the the lock function so I left it off. Not a big deal unless you are counting on this feature.

I installed it ( I think correctly), but I can still open the door when it is "locked". No help to keep my 3 y/o indoors!

Easy to install. I love this latch because it is great at stopping toddlers from going out of the house when they reach the age of being able to unlock doors.
