A quality shower system at an affordable price. My contractor mentioned that he recently installed a shower system in another customer's home mande by a well-known bath product manufacturer. Many of the parts were made of plastic and the custgomer paid much more than I did.

Have been using them for a few years. Great upgrade for new homes.

Little difficult to install by my saddle lumber, but so beautiful and feels great!!

Installation was very simple. No need to drill holes to attach the bottom section to the wall, it has a glue option, which I used. Line it up well before you stick it on, no moving it after. You can drill holes in your tile if you prefer, they include anchors. I purchased the 2.5 gpm unit so both spray heads could be used at the same time without sacrificing flow in either, works very well. I left the soap dish off, installation is optional and I had no need for it. Very happy with this unit.

I don't like to write review but this product really made me to write review. I like the rain shower looks good too but it's not even four month it is started rusted all over so i really don't recommend this product instead spent couple of hundred bucks more for peace of mind.

Had to return sadly since wouldn’t fit in shower without major remodeling.. unit is beautiful though!

This is exactly what I needed and had expected. It is perfect for use by users of varying heights. The control knob works smoothly, and adjusting the height of the spray was easy. The entire faucet is very beautiful.

Nice looking unit. Sometimes it seems you need 3 hands to get things together. The instructions are for retro fitting and not new construction. Pretty convoluted on how to figure out how deep in the wall you should put in the stand off elbow. I had to adjust as the reference surface everything in the instructions measure from didn't exist, and trying to figure out how far a pipe thread goes into a fitting? That isn't happening. Overall though, it is pretty nice, particularly if you take the flow restrictors out of them. The fit and finish in nice, as is the style. The hand held shower holder is nice and easy to use.

Our plumber installed this but the rubber seals between the fittings were not holding the water back. Thus, it leaked. We had to return the shower head and purchase another brand.

Love the look, the functionality and the quality of this showerhead. My contractor had no issue with the installation. I have been using it for about 2 months now and consider it one of the better purchases in my bathroom reno(s). I looked at a LOT of rainfall style shower systems and was afraid I would have to spend a lot more to get the look and 'feel' I wanted. Highly recommended.

Looking at the assembly and installation instructions was a bit daunting but it went well, works well and I wish I had done it sooner

Order and delivery of unit from Home Depot simple and easy. Combo unit is solid and looks and feels of quality. The handle to switch flow between ceiling and hand is front and low making it easily accessible and also feels solid. This valve location much better than at upper shower head which is the case in most other units. Installation was relatively simple with decent instructions and no issues as has been the operation a month in. Would recommend this product that was as advertised.

Best purchase we could have made! We love it!

The quality is excellent but I'd rate the performance as mediocre. My chief complaint is that the product description says "The soothing rain showerhead and multi-function handheld can be used separately or together for a multitude of spray combinations." That's not true. The overhead shower head is "on" constantly. You can use it by itself or with the handheld, but you can't turn it off and just use the handheld. A disappointment to me after installing it.

The Pulse Shower Spa is wonderful. So glad I purchased this item

Great product. Tried many and this one is worth every penny. Wife loves that the switch valve is on the bottom wall attachment and easy to turn.
