Excellent quality Home Depot always the best

We loved the one we put in the guest bathroom so much, we put another one in our master bath.

I love this shower head! It looks beautiful, makes your shower feel like you are at a fancy spa and easy to install.

Returned this item & bought different one as it did not work in my new shower

A medium rating due to the fact that even if you are only using the spray handle the overhead will drip on you. Sometimes my wife doesn’t want to get her hair wet.

This is a very nice looking shower head, but it does not include the faucet and valve. Make sure you order that too, or you’ll be waiting another week to get it. For the price you’d think that would come with it.

Well constructed and easy to install

Beautiful in our new shower and functions perfectly.

This is a terrific product. No need for a plumber. I recommend to drill the shower tiles and secure the lower fastener (score the tile first and then use a new tile drill bit). I just installed 2 in our brand new home.

The top fitting was a little difficult to get set completely but the rest was very easy to install. Customer is very pleased.

Hard to find a hot/cold mixing valve to fit. Ended up by returning to store for refund

I gave this a 5 rating because we love the shower and the many choices this one gives you. The installation directions were not the best, even with the videos they direct you to watch. Had to call Pulse Customer Service several times, but finally was able to install without further issues. The rain head is wonderful, and the many settings on the handshower are great as well. I have 2 of these. I had to buy a shorter pipe for one shower, but that was no issue. We have been using them for almost 2 months now and love them!

Easy to install, removed the flow restrictors as noted in other posts. Excellent quality, heavy duty construction.

in order to take full advantage of this showerspas you will need to remove the check valve, wich restricts the water flow.

It arrived on time and in great shape. The installation video and instructions that came with it made installation easy for a "weekend plumbing warrior". After 3 weeks, we are still happy with the purchase.

This shower is great. The handheld works well and the rain shower is perfect. I highly recommend this product.

Color does not match what I ordered online. It’s not even close. I’m not sure who took the photos, but this was a waste of my time and money. Back to home depot it goes.

This shower spa was easy to install, A life saver for a person with Back problems. Wish I had done this years ago.
