Good Quality product

Easy to install and looks great.

Worth every penny. Tge soap tray is a nice feature. Rain shower is perfect and tge knobs to change to handheld is soft and smooth.

Have not used it yet due to construction, did call manufacturers and they gave me good answers

Advertises that both shower heads can be on at the same time when in fact that’s not the case other than that it’s a lovely shower head.

The quality of all parts for this shower head was fantastic. The instructions were easy to understand but the design raised my eyebrows and I had to return it. When you put the whole bar together and ready to fasten it to your nipple that is connected to your waterline, it is designed to be fastened by a little tiny screw that will hold this heavy bar in place and sustain a water pressure and not fall down. After I tightened the screw on top the whole thing just wiggled out and fell of the nipple. I don’t know what other people are writing here on how great it is. It looks great but it’s not designed well to be durable or practical

We searched for quite some time to find a shower experience like this. The item is high quality and presents a quality user experience. Installation was simple. The quality of materials and engineering looks like it will provide years of trouble-free service. We are planning to upgrade all of our showers to this unit.

I purchased the pulse showerspa shower set for a shower. It is very well made and installs easily. The whole look is really cool. Soap dish comes handy as well.

Disappointed. Look like a nice product. Could not get the Dow rod to properly connect to overhead shower arm, it keep leaking .. was able to stop most of leak with putty weld and was willing to live with that. After using hand held shower twice , a one inch long hole opened in hose. Took down and returned. Expected better quality for $200 plus product.

This showerhead is excellent! Very easy to install, the installation video included on Home Depot’s website was amazing as well. Had to order the short pipe due to the location of my water valve, no issues though, 30 minute install…

Very nice, only one thing I don’t like is that I lost water pressure. The shower parts work well and are easy to manipulate.

Seems to be a solid piece. Mounts well and should last a long time with proper care

This is a wonderful product! I searched for a long time to find a reliable dual shower head with a diverter low enough that I could reach. The Pulse Kauai lll checks all the boxes. The brushed nickel finish is very nice & blends well with the other finishes of same I have in my bathroom. The handheld can easily be moved up or down the bar to accommodate different heights. The overhead rain head is glorious & can be adjusted to change angles. The water pressure coming from either the rain or the handheld shower heads is just fine. Running both shower heads simultaneously results in half the water pressure coming from each, at least in my house. I chose this 2.5 gpm model over the 1.8 gpm model to avoid the pressure issues posted by many reviewers of the 1.8 model. I was concerned that the height of the rain head crook arm would look too tall, or the unit otherwise overwhelm my small bathroom. It does not. It does come to within 5 inches of the ceiling at it's highest, but visually it looks just fine as the bulk of the shower head is much lower. I did buy two other shower arms to use in case I wanted the rain head to be lower; however, altho the rain head does fit onto other standard shower arms, the non-Pulse shower arm will not fit onto the threads of the fitting that comes with this product that attaches to your water source. My plumber installed this & had no issues. He found the Pulse installation video helpful. He was v. impressed with this product as well.

The unit was easy to install and I was very pleased with quality and operation. The PULSE was installed in a small shower stall and the rain shower head extended farther into the shower than I would have liked. However we will probably only be using the rain shower for long, soaking showers and hair washing.

My removable showerhead had been mounted way too high. The Kauai III solved the problem while adding a rainhead shower, and a needed soap dish. The bottom mounted valve is in the perfect location to change the water flow from one showerhead to the other. The oil-rubbed bronze finish matches my existing Moen fixtures. The directions could be better, but with a couple of missteps it was easy enough to install.

My shower experience is now super luxurious and customizable.....love the rain shower the most.

This is a great product in my opinion. We have two of the them in our vacation home and one in the place that we live in. I like the look of it and the way it works. The rain shower is a pleasure to use. Very satisfied.

Easy to install except for the spacer. Would be nice to have different sizes

The picture online does not do this shower justice, it is a huge rain shower head which makes our newly tiled shower feel ultra luxurious. It's great having the ability to shift the water to the hand held shower as well and the look of this whole unit is like having a little spa in your own bath/shower. I bought 3, one for each bathroom.

The unit itself is very nice, we like the rain head and handheld flexibility. However, it started leaking within 6 months of installation and the plumber has been out 3 times to try to fix it. They can't get parts. No one's ever heard of this company.
