The product worked better than I expected

1st item, is the finish look is dull looking,even when you put finial 2 top coats on! It just does not look like stainless steel, it has more of a metallic primer look.I think the price is on the high side for the quanity you receive in the kit. I was combo body&paint by trade, I was going to spray it on, but there is not enough material ,even for my air brush gun,by adding some water your diluting the base coat..

This stuff does not even look stainless steel. It is a waste of money.

It did not go on as smooth as anticipated and the smell will not fade.

This stainless process works exactly as described on package. Drys fast but be patient to catch all drips.

Easy to apply and great results. Can't tell the difference between my actual stainless steel appliance and the painted one.

This liquid stainless steel is amazing. We got a new Stainless dishwasher. It worked great on my warming drawer and trash compactor that had been black. Good solution to not replace my working appliances. Easy to apply if you have patience.

This is very easy to use and did a great job . I was completely satisfied .

The base coat of the product produced a stainless steel appearance, but the clear coat did not give a high gloss even after three coats. The product is okay.

This stuff is awesome. Did my free standing ice machine and liked it so much did my vent a hood. Easy to use if you follow instructions. The key is applying very very thin coats slow and evenly. Take you time and you won't be disappointed!

Did not match my other s.s. Appliances. Very disappointed. More silver then stainless.

A wonderful transformation from 70' harvest gold to today's kitchen! When the ceramic tile was installed, the yelliw ventahood was sealed in. This paint took care of the problem without having to redo the entire kitchen.

The product worked great, easy cleanup. The only thing that differed from the instructions for me was that it took 7 thin coats to get the level of coverage I needed to make it look right plus two topcoats. I used it on a trash compactor I had already as I remodeled my kitchen and all my other appliances were stainless so needed that to match. It looks great.

Very happy with the results. And it was easy to use.

Used on dishwasher. End results were very good. Use a small felt roller instead of the foam brush provided. Multiple light coats.

This project turned out aweful. I'll have 2 buy a new stove after all. I guess the little foam brush included in the kit was good for the front of the stove, but for the top, around the burners area, did not work at all. Paint did not go over smooth at all. They should include some different tool for that... I do Not recommend it. And no a lot of home improvements project that always turn out as expected. Very disappointing

We recently painted our rangetop & hood. Couldn't be more satisfied! Looks amazingly like real stainless steel! Product goes a long way. Put 3 coats on the hood & 4 on range top. There is still almost a half can left. We used a regular paint brush. Just work quickly & dont go back over as it dries very quickly. Only done for a week so can't say on the long term how it will wear

In an attempt to save dollars I found this product online and found it was sold through home depot as an internet only item. we seldom use our dish washer so I purchased this product to change the look to stainless steel the product itself is good but the application tool which is a sponge didn't work for me I had to purchase a small roller

Easy to use and a good option for an easy affordable kitchen update.

I purchased this product in hopes I wouldn't have to replace my stove and dishwasher to make them match my fridge. It was a lot of work, an all day project, but the end results were acceptable. Can be difficult to work with if your stove is like mine and has a raised edge and raised burner edges. Works better on flat surfaces. Also needs about 4 thin coats of the base and 2-3 coats of the top coat. I wouldn't want to have to do this again but would if necessary if I ever move and am faced with the same issue.

It was exactly what I needed for my project! We put in an outside kitchen with a stainless steel tile countertop. Used this paint to finish cut edges. It was perfect!

Product went on easy as advertised. Three coats were necessary but anticipated. We used this on door knobs inside the house and are very happy with the results.

I had to do 4 coats before the top coat because it does streak. But if you take your time and apply really thin coats it will turn out amazing. I did my oven!

Easy to use, looks great and no odor. Only issue = I should have used finer sandpaper before priming the plastic knobs so will need to resand for a smoother look. Happy customer.
