A:  I dont see why not. Should work the same as it does on white. Just be sure to follow thr manufactures instructions properly.

A:  Hi and yes we painted our black stainless range exhaust with this. It takes time be sure it dries well between coats and you have to do quite a few, but it came out very nice. I haven’t had anyone yet know it was painted they think it stainless.

A:  Hi there! Unfortunately we do not have any retailers in that area. Sorry about that!

A:  As long as the surface isn't getting constant water exposure, it can absolutely be used on the surface. If the surface is made of plastic, you will need to lightly sand with a #600 grit sandpaper and use a specialty plastic primer.

A:  Yes, it could be used on the door as long as there will no t be any condensation on the door. Make sure the door is clean when you apply the product.

A:  I don't know why not. I used it on my white dishwasher and had very good results. The trick is to use multiple fine coats...it is time consuming, but worth the results.

A:  Its hard to say without knowing what it is made of. But everything I have used it on, it has worked well. Just don't last long with frequent cleaning. I suggest following the directions on the box, to test in a hidden area first.

A:  This works well on a metal or enamel surface. If the door is another material, then I cannot say. You should check the product specs in that case.

A:  You are welcome to experiment with tinting Liquid Stainless Steel to a black stainless finish at your own discretion, but please note that the application cannot be covered by the limited material warranty. We recommend having your local hardware store tint the product with water-based acrylic black, starting with a very small amount. You may increase by small increments until you’ve reached the finish you’re looking for.

A:  No need to sand. Just need to clean really well. The kit comes with everything else. It is a long process. Have to put multiple coats on. It will look 'awful' after the first coat or two but eventually it looks very nice!

A:  You do not need to but I did very lightly.

A:  Hi there! You will need to clean thoroughly with a TSP substitute and also sand with a #300 grit sandpaper. You can read the full instructions on our website. It is not necessary to use a primer unless you are painting bare wood, a finish that has a lot of knots (such as pine) or the finish is very old. A:  You can sand it and it already has a primer in it.

A:  I used it on a smooth surface, but I see no reason why it cannot be used on a rough surface. Just make sure that the surface is very clean before applying it.

A:  Teresa, I have only used it on a gas stove. It looked wonderful but could not stand up to the type of spills etc with that type of daily use. However I would recommend it for a refrigerator and the rough surface should not be any problem.

A:  Yes, this product could be used on a refrigerator.

A:  I’m not sure. We used it on our dishwasher and it looks amazing.

A:  Liquid Stainless Steel can be painted over textured surfaces-- in fact, over 90% of the refrigerators updated with Liquid Stainless Steel are textured because of the heavy use of texture by the appliance industry over the last twenty-five years. A:  YES, it turned out great! for the Panel I used a window tint film to make it blend in with the ss paint.

A:  I used this on a white dishwasher, while it’s not ideal, it was not that noticeable when completed.

A:  I used this on my gas stove but it couldn't take all the every day use. However on a dishwasher front panel I would take the chance as it would not take a lot of abuse.

A:  The stove and microwave kit wouldn't have enough paint to cover a refrigerator. You would need the liquid stainless refrigerator kit. It's the same product but a larger size.

A:  No, it's not recommended to use this on a white refrigerator.

A:  I used it in a beige trash compactor. Easy to apply and looks good. Not as shiny as real stainless steel. More like the fingerprint resistant.

A:  I’ve seen it on YouTube where they did exactly that, but I don’t know from personal experience.
