I have purchased Nite Ize products before and they are great. I recommend things I love to friends and family if they work out for me. After the first week, one of the plastic piece broke off and the other plastic piece won’t stay lock. I got this for my work keys because I absolutely can’t loose them. I was excited to find out Nite Ize has the Runoff waterproof bags but after this experience I don’t know if I can trust this company. Now I’m shopping for a new idea for my keys and a way to keep my electronics absolutely waterproof.

I love that it locks so you know your key will never just fall out.

Great product. I am using it to secure my dogs tags on her collar.

I've had this for years now and I hate it! It never stays locked and my keys are constantly falling off! I've lost my keys countless times and it's so frustrating.

This product is better than most of the keychain carabiner out on the market that locks. The part that locks the key rings is separate from the part that goes on your belt loop so you have no worries that anything's going to fall out while you're taking no and off the carabiner from wherever you hook it on. Found out about this by chance and it's the best so far.

I have NITEIZE carabiners in every style and size. I gift them and I tell everyone about them. They are great & durable.

My husband has endless problems with his clip - on braces pulling off his trouser waist band! This morning I had a brilliant idea with my 1 precious S-Biner.......so I clipped 1 part of the 'S' thro the belt loop on his trousers & the other thro the metal 'D' of the brace's clip that endlessly pulls off the trouser waist band. A better day was had (for me) with less builder s bum showing!!

I got my first Nite Ize Microlock (Stainles Steel) over 3 years and still perfect as the say I bought it. Getting this Blacked out version to more "theme" my EDC.

Much better than key-rings. Locks securely but opens-up readily. Stylish, well-made tough construction. Key-rings, you have to bust a fingernail then turn round and round. Standard carabiners open-up much too easily. These S-Biners have a thing you turn. One way it opens like a carabiner. The other way it is LOCKED, will not open! Good as a key-clip. It is also good for dog-tags. Put the pet's license and vaccination tags on one end, clip the other end to his collar-ring, and lock it. Far easier than those nasty S-hooks supplied with tags. We are using one to replace a busted zipper-handle on the convertible top of the sports-car. Just the right size!

I prefer these for keys because they are sturdy enough to keep my keys on, but aren't a pain to get keys off like the rings. I don't carry around a bunch of keys like a janitor, so it works well. These are small, so you'd really have to be imaginative to use them for much more than keys or light duty work/attachments. The coating seems durable too, which is nice.

Because the S-Biner is stainless steel, it will be with me for a very long time. The black color is appealing and the entire Biner looks good. I especially like the locking mechanism. It is a positive lock that will not inadvertently come unlocked. I found that putting keys directly onto the Biner tended to make them stick out and possibly interfere with other things. However, using O-rings on the keys works very well and will allow the keys to move around. The main reason I got this S-Biner Microlock was for my car key fobs. You have to use an O-ring, but removing the fob for valet parking has never been easier. After just two or three times, you will be glad you made the purchase.

Along the Texas coast duck decoys are Texas-rigged and when picking them up after hunting, the loops are typically placed on a carabiner. Most regular metal carabiners fall apart very soon due to rust from the saltwater. These do not rust. After using them for 2 seasons they are still hanging in there.

I use a #4 and #2 as part of the key holding system i devised for work and they are great except for the occasional slidelock mechanism slipping off the gate.

I have so many keys and other items that makes this S-Biner wonderful to have.

Needed a clip to attach an accessory bag to my bowling bag. The S-Biner Slide Locks worked perfectly, also are using them to attach nessacary items to my dogs leash. Great product, holding up excellently.

I use it as a quick tag changer for my dogs collar. We usually use a rubit tag changer but those have questionable integrity after six months. It has resulted in a lost dog tag before. These have a lock on them. Ingenious! Buy these!

Found the #4 at a boat shop after loosing several important items off of a standard biner. Wish I had it much sooner. Looking now to buy several #2's.

I had the same problem with it breaking. I wish that it could be made a touch sturdier. I also wish for a #3. I really do like this product, though. I use it everyday.

I would like a Size #3 version of the SlideLock

I also wish that Niteize would make the sliding lock in a #3!!!!!
