It hooks fine but the lock doesn't lock, just jams...
It hooks fine but the lock doesn't lock, just jams in there. Honestly the lock becomes a flaw/fault really quick. Stick with the regular S-BIners, these are just security theatrics with quality akin to a cheap knock off.

I really like the firm twist lever to lock the...
I really like the firm twist lever to lock the clips. I use one to hold a tag on the dog collar. I would accidentally clip the leash to the tag split ring and break it; this biner helps avoid that and encourages clipping the leash to the collar ring.
The other is used to hold a little thermometer to the zipper of a coat. The biner clip is easy to move between coats and it locks so it won’t get lost.

I've had these for about 2 weeks now and they...
I've had these for about 2 weeks now and they are doing fine. The two items I have clipped to them are a small flashlightt and a swiss army knife, both about 3 1/2 inches in length. The biners in-turn are cclipped to a Nite-ize #3 size slide locking biner along with car keys and house keys on split-rings. The previous Nite-ize non-locking biners (slightly larger) were good but the two items clipped to them occasionally came off in my pocket. This hasn't happened with these locking ones. I plan to get some more of these in the near future. Again, highly recommended!!!
