The obvious choice for drainage system access and budget conscious installations. Big enough to get your hand and a hose into to blow things through, but not so big as to become a major landscape feature.

Perfect product as part of side-yard drainage connected to 4" corrugated pipe with pop-up at the street end.

Easy to connect corrugated piping to the basin. Fit right in the trench we dug out. Seems sturdy.

If properly installed then you cannot go wrong with this product. It’s well built and is very sturdy.

Ths 6 inch catch basin is a great value and savings compared to the 9 inch version. I also like that this catch basin is easy to install. It literally pops onto the end of the corrugated pipe. They sometimes take a little adjustment at first to get them to sit down, but once the corrugated pipe is unwound for a while, it makes it much easier to install the catch basin. This 6 inch catch basin is made from a thinner material than the 9 inch square basin.

I have used NDS products from 1984 - current 2019.Good products, and they have always met my expectations. In this case the Spee-D6 in catch basin is a must have item in landscape drain line applications.

I used this as part of a drainage system in my yard to keep water from two gutters overspilling onto the lawn where it eroded part of the front lawn on a slope. This was the second drain and I liked that I could connect it in between pipes. I placed this drain in a spot where it can catch overflow in the yard coming down from the neighbors yard. It works great but the outlet and inlet for the drain are about 1 inch above the bottom so stagnant water remains at the bottom after and between rains. I just drilled a few small holes in the bottom to let it slowly drain out.

great for areas that flood quickly and have fast flowing water. It has just enough size andcapacity to keep the water moving into the drain. The pipe connectors were a bit loose for our 4" corrugated sock pipe, but they will work for such a low water pressure system. It was a problem when setting up the drain. the pipe kept falling out of the connectors and we eventually just duct taped the pipe to the catch basin while we set up the drain to keep the connections together and in place.
