I guess the new thing is to just plug in...
I guess the new thing is to just plug in the drain tubing directly into the outlet without using any tape to secure it. It seemed to work okay. I guess I will find out in time.

Strong. Takes punishment! I stood on this product on every side to lower it further below grade after installation, and it never cracked or broke. Very sturdy. Sits well on gravel bed ...no cracks in bottom either after all that abuse!
