I still very happy with my faucet, but with the soap dispenser - not so much! It didn't take it very long to stop dispensing soap. I googled the problem and watched several YouTube University videos in hopes of fixing the problem. I disassembled it and cleaned away all the dried dish liquid as instructed. That worked for a while, but it wasn't long before the problem reoccurred. This last time, nothing I tried helped and the dispenser serves no purpose other than filling that hole in my counter and making the faucet look good. I read a review by justanoldguy (Aug 9, 2020) when an image he posted caught my eye. It was obvious that we had the same problem. He believes that a metal-soap chemical reaction has caused corrosion to the metal. Pegasus Faucet responded that soap isn’t even supposed to be up in that area and suggested that it may be a leak in the head or the soap pump tube. I'm taking the rep's advise to justanoldguy, and contacting HD Customer Service.

After less than 2 years since I've installed this and the finish is coming off the head. The spray option gets stuck on and the spray holes become clogged very easy and the over all pressure went way down. I might have contributed to the finish coming off by soaking the sprayer head in white vinegar in my attempt to get the sprayer functioning properly again. Not a very good bang for the buck if you have to replace this soon.

After less than 2 years the finish is coming off. Its partly my fault but the holes in for the spray become clogged easily so I would dip it in white vinegar for a few hours. Also, the spray will turn on by the button but no longer turn off even turning the water off doesnt always work and the spray stays turned on. Over all not a good bang for your buck.

After this faucet was installed in January ‘18 and the handle broke in July’18. And I am very careful with my stuffs. I was expecting at least lasting for 4 to 6 years. These days nothing last for forever, I know that ! Wasting my money for labor too !

The pull down sprayer doesn't snap back up into the faucet. We used the weight provided plus added more weight to the hose but it still pops back out. I've contacted the manufacturer to see if they will send us a new sprayer head to hopefully avoid having to uninstall/reinstall another faucet.

We purchased this about a month ago and it meets all my expectations. I like the tall neck on the spout - I am able to maneuver large pots in the sink easily. The pull down sprayer works great and it easily clicks back into the faucet. The soap dispenser is easily filled from the top! Horray, no more climbing under the sink to unscrew a plastic bottle to refill and put back. The style looks classy and the new faucet and sink has changed the whole look of my kitchen. It looks awesome

I love this faucet’s height & ease of use. Have had the faucet about a month. Would give it a 5 star, but the pull-out sprayer does not go all the way back in and needs a little push. Perhaps the magnet is not strong enough??

Have had this for about a month and I absolutely love it. Looks great, functions well, no leaks and was extremely easy to install. No plumber necessary! My only (small) complaints are that the deck plate is slightly larger than the previous one I had, so it overlapped where the sink starts to angle down into the basin and the plate wasn't fully sealed to the sink. I had to caulk it to seal it- simple fix though. Also, the spout will retract but the head does not automatically click back into place and I have to manually twist it in. Not a huge deal and no issues with it not staying in place once I put it there. Overall I love this and am very happy with my purchase!

The faucet was easy to install in our new granite counters. Did not install with the baseplate for a classier look. I love the faucet. It made the the new counters pop!

This is a very well made faucet and we are very pleased with the look and the function of it. Very nice!

Another reviewer recommended mounting the handle in the front (see "Alternate way to mount"). This way all drips go into the sink and works great. First thing I noticed was increased water pressure which is what I was hoping for. Large in size, heavy duty, and visually appealing. The sprayer pressure is just OK. You have to wiggle the spray head to get the magnet to fully seat back to the head. Even though, its a great faucet for the money!

Well made, not "cheap looking" at all and It was pretty easy to install. The pull-down sprayer is nice when filling big pots and or washing them. I love the Mediterranean bronze.

I was very upset that the deck plate didn't fit my sink. I had purchased a similar model of faucet and it fit fine. But this model didn't. As you can see from the picture I posted, I had to use the old deck plate which looks ridiculous. Now I have to go and search to find one that will work with this model. The issue is that it's curved so the holes didn't line up like the straight cover plate did.

Plumber installed this faucet. It is beautiful, functions perfect and is just what I hoped it would be. Five stars!

The quality is excellent and the price is very reasonable. Comperable faucets run about $200 or more. This is an excellent deal. As soon as I took it out of the box I could tell it was great quality. It is bigger than it looks in pictures and the arc is a bit more round and oval. It is heavy. The handle glides nicely. It looks and feels very well made. The faucet appears mostly black with tints of a copper penny type color where there would naturally be wear. The base shows more copper than the faucet but it does not appear mismatched. The soap dispenser is heavy and feels like an excellent quality. It holds almost a full bottle of detergent. It is a tad bit low, but it don't have an issue with it that. Doesn't appear to be adjustable. It was shipped in a box that was opened. I'm amazed that none of the pieces fell out. I was very surprised by this. I didn't take this into account in the rating because it had no affect on the quality of the product. The plastic piece that fits bellow the deck is just a hair larger than the deck itself. Because of this, you can see minutely, some rigidness. You might want to file it just to smooth it out a bit BEFORE screwing it in. I bought plumber's putty but it wasn't necessary at all. The sprayer feels sturdy. If the sink is even the slightest bit uneven, it will make the faucet appear like it leans. My sink is just a little forward facing and so, due to it's height, the faucet appears to lean forward just slightly. This may not be noticeable to someone else but I do see it. If you have it set on spray, it will reset itself every time you turn the water off. It's important to be aware of the full motion that the sprayer weight will make when going up and down. I did not pay attention to this and it gets tripped up sometimes on one of the knobs underneath. There was one small part of the instillation that tripped me up. You have to connect two plastic pieces called the quick connect. It was a bit confusing as the directions were not descriptive about it. Other than that, it was very easy to install. Another vague part of the instructions was in screwing in the nut that holds the faucet in place. It says "Do not over tighten." I was confused by this because it if wasn't tight enough the faucet would be wobbly in it's mount. It doesn't say how tight is too tight. This was my first time installing a faucet and all in all it went perfectly. A final note, I would imagine that unless I spent $300 or more on a faucet there would be something to pick about. For $100 and having nothing negative to say, I feel like I scored big. Let's hope it lasts a long time.

Wanted to share an alternate way of mounting the faucet. Putting the handle up front means that when you shut it off, the drips from your wet hands go into the sink instead of the counter. Only thing you'll need to do is cross and hot and cold lines underneath. Works like a champ.

I love my new faucet! So I was hesitant because it is BIG... and from those of us switching from a lower profile "pull out" kind, the "Pull Down" kind is bigger and substantially higher profile. My sink was large enough so I thought maybe it would't look ridiculous? Bought it at it's really reasonable price (considering the other brands) and it arrived quickly. The installation was really fast after I spent 4 hours trying to get the totally stuck and rusted old one out (that was certainly the worst part of the job.) BUT... and I may be alone here, if I had to do it again, I may have installed it backwards, switching the hot and cold lines to their proper left right positions and have the handle on the left. I am righty, and I have found with something dirty in my right hand, or to fill up something in my right hand, turning it on and off is a little awkward. I have to reach my left hand under, to the handle on right, which for turning it on, isn't that big of a deal, but turning it off.... let's just say I have wet my left sleeve a few times! Just make sure you hook the hot/cold up properly underneath. Also, it is so much more powerful than my old one so I have to make sure I don't go full steam ahead or it splashes up! Now that it is in, I can barely remember the old one!

I bought this faucet with soap dispenser several months ago and had a professional plumber install it. The faucet works very well and looks much better than the old one. FYI, I'm glad I listened to other reviewers and purchased longer supply lines which, ultimately, were needed in order for the plumber to complete the installation. Very happy with my purchase.

I was replacing a Pfister Marielle Single Handle faucet that I hated!! It reduced my water flow to a trickle. I had to use the spray to fill the sink to wash dishes. I am pleased to say that is NOT and issue now. I am enjoying having dish detergent conveniently located now that my sprayer is integrated into the faucet. PROs - awesome water pressure, sleek design, easy install for a DIYer CON - at 17+ inches tall, it has a rather large profile All in all, I am extremely pleased!!

We got this faucet based on the rave reviews already posted, but we had to wait a while because it was out of stock. Once we got it installed, which my husband says wasn't difficult, we've been delighted. I love the look and functionality, and nothing beat the price. Even though the rest of our kitchen could use some updating, this is an attractive new focal point in our kitchen/great room area that is inspiring us to move forward on other elements.

This faucet looks and performs like those priced much higher. LOVE it!!! I love the reach that the hose has, water pressure is the same as the faucet this replaced, and husband said it was easier to install than our previous faucet- with better designed connections.

Easy to install. Very nice looking. Goes great with black sink. Sprayer doesn't retract quite all the way, but no one notices except me.

I absolutely LOVE the look of this faucet installed in our kitchen sink. It has a very elegant look to it. The water pressure is fantastic, and the operation of the faucet is very smooth. I couldn't be much happier with my purchase! Really, the only knocks on the product are: #1- The magnet that holds the faucet head in - it's not strong enough. Simply turning on and off the faucet causes it to lose it's magnetic grip. #2- The weight that feeds the hose back into the faucet doesn't seem heavy enough. The bottom line is that I read these "cons" on the faucet prior to buying it and I didn't let it stop me....NOR SHOULD YOU LET IT STOP YOU!

The faucet came with everything needed to install. However, the pre-installed hoses are a bit short, and if your water valves under your sink are near the floor, you might need additional hoses. The faucet feels extremely well-built, and there's not a drop leaking anywhere. It switches between spray types easily and without hiccups. This faucet is huge, bold, and great. The only downside I can think of is how the nozzle is held in the end of the faucet - it could be a bit stronger with a magnet of some kind. It works fine, but just feels flimsy for how the rest of the faucet is built. The weight used on the nozzle hose works alright, pulling the hose down and keeping it from twisting.

Replaced a very cheap faucet that I let my contractor install. Had to replace the sink - thought it was a good time to replace the faucet too. I liked the look and feel. Soap dispenser looks really sharp too. Sprayer can be a shower or single stream by pushing on rubber covered switch on back of nozzle. Looks smart and a lot more expensive than what I paid. Also doesn't appear to show water spots, etc.

I actually installed this on a bathroom sink. I love the pull-out spout for washing hair in the sink and filling containers. I wonder why there isn't a smaller version of this made that would be more appropriate.

This faucet is wonderful in our kitchen! We love the pull-down feature which allows us to clean dishes and all sides of the composite granite sink; also purchased through home-depot. The two settings (stream/spray) also help with particle removal. Fells like it should have been more expensive than it was. Best of all, we installed it ourselves using the easy-to-follow instructions.

The water pressure is too low for a kitchen. This feature needs to be fixed in the next iteration of the faucet if you plan to improve on it.
