Q:Can the faucet be installed so that the handle is on the left instead of the right?

Answer This Question

A:  Thank you. We do not suggest it be installed this way as the controls will be backwards and the back of the faucet will then be facing the front.

by|Oct 26, 2021

A:  Yes. You can set it however you want. Left, right, or center.

Q:I asked a question: How does the handle change from hot to cold water and change the water pressure? Is one forward/... I understand the Same handle works for controlling temp and pressure - which is why I asked my question. Does the handle move one way for pressure and the other way for hot/cold? So back to my original question - does it move forward/backward for one - and out/in for the other?

          Answer This Question

A:  Thanks for the answer. It was helpful, but we found it most helpful to actually go to a showroom (like Home Depot) and actually look at the faucet styles. We found this model to be too large for our small kitchen, but we found a model that worked better. ALSO - it was helpful to try the hot/cold/ on/off handles to see how they moved. Some did not move forward/backward (hot/cold) when the water was off. You had to turn the water on (pull the handle out) to adjust the water temperature, which would explain some of the complaints I read on some faucet models and their ability to adjust temperature and flow rate accurately. Also, some of the handles only turn 45 degrees (1/4 turn) where others went a whole 90 degrees (1/2 turn) forward backward (hot/cold). That was very important to us because our sink is D-shaped and the faucet will be angled, so we needed a 90 degree turning handle and wanted to be able to adjust hot/cold temp before turning on the water.

A:  Thank you. With the handle on the right side, it is back for hot and forward for cold, and towards and away from the faucet for on/off and pressure.

                    Answer This Question

A:  Thank you. The hot side hose is labeled with a white tag with red lettering. That hooks to your hot line, the other to your cold line. The sprayer hose attaches to the tube coming from the bottom of the faucet assembly with the quick connect. If you have misplaced your installation instructions, they can be found under the "info and guides" section on the Home Depot product page.

A:  Yes, it is about 11.4 inches tall - it just looks taller than it is (but it is a tall faucet and it looks great in my sink) in the picture because of its elongated shape/form. Great faucet.
