Easy to install and a great price Compared to some other comparable. Installed for Christmas and wife couldn't be happier.

I order this faucet online. It arrive soone than the time stated. It was package secure. It had easy instructions with pictures. My husband's friend within minutes. I love my faucet. I love the pull down spray.

I was looking at this model( and others) when it came up on a daily deal in my email. That was enough of a sign for me so I pulled the trigger and bought it. It arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition and I made plans to install it the next day. The installation was a snap with no issues and the documentation was pretty good. All needed parts were in the box and I had it running water in about 30 minutes. There were some comments about the pull down hose not returning but I haven't had that issue and I suspect that the weights that pull it back in could be adjusted to correct that issue. I set mine up per the instructions and it works just fine. The only thing that needs improving is the soap dispenser. It's not just this model, my last one had the same issue. The reservoir that holds the soap under the dispenser is screwed into the base of the pump which means you have to crawl under the sink every time you have to refill it. That is not going to happen. What they need to do is create a system that allows the soap dispenser reservoir to rest on the base or mount to the cabinet where it can be easily accessed for refilling. Other than that, my wife loves it!

I love this faucet, especially for the price. I had it installed a couple of weeks ago & it has definitely exceeded my expectations. It not only is functionally sound, but it is an attractive piece. The installation was a fairly quick & easy process as well. I would highly recommend this product!!!

I was very please with this faucet. It was easy to install and looks good with our new granite countertop. So far all is working well.

The faucet assembly was easy to install. I did it myself. My husband did tighten the fittings just to be sure, but the whole thing went in exactly as described in the insturctions. Love it. Really adds style to our kitchen.

Looks and works great. Very happy with purchase. It's much taller than my last faucet. Makes filling large pots and watering cans very easy. Sprayer works great too. We installed ours with the handle facing forward as some other reviewer suggested. I like the way that looks.

Looks awesome! High end look for a non-high end price! Easy to install(you do need the special wrench that is in the instructions) We didn't use the base plate or soap dispenser. Works great! Love it!

I never write a review until I have owned the product for a year or more. I purchased this faucet in March 2015 and had to send out for a new part this same month. It only took one phone call and the part was shipped within a week. More than a year later there was a problem with the handle tightening up when trying to swing from side to side. Again, one phone call--received replacement part within one week. No hassles whatsoever. I absolutely love the faucet, really feel like I got my monies worth.. But better yet the great customer service EVER!

I bought the black color to go with my black granite sink replacing my third Moen faucet in 10 years. It was half the price of my 1 1/2 year old faucet, because of the color. Bronze finish, more black with a hint of bronze..WOW! It looks great. It works great. Has really good water pressure. Half the price of the Moen and it came with a free matching soap dispenser . I paid $60 for one to match my Moen faucet, which I thought I loved until I got this one. Moen did send me a new faucet, but I choose not to use it although it was the third one I bought in 10 years. They have a lifetime warranty but you pay for it and it is usually is is just on parts but this one leaked from the housing. LOVE, LOVE MY NEW FAUCET! I cook a lot so I use it several times daily. Very pleased.

This product is highly recommended for durability, looks, easy install, cleanup and usage. Due to the height of faucet, the water pressure is some lower for splash control. Faucet requires no wipe down and goes well with my Italian decor.

I initially thought that this would be too big for my small kitchen but after installing, I absolutely love it. It was fairly easy to install (having a second person holding the top in place while the other works underneath would have made it really easy). I love that it will lay almost flat against the wall on either side, clearing lots of room to work in the sink. The built in sprayer is also a great addition and helps improve overall functionality. I have received lots of positive feedback from friends and family.

I have been calling from Home Depot, to distributor that passed me on to the manufacture....endless wait and calls. Manufacturing has not responded regardless of me leaving voice messages. I thought it's such a simple replacement of the plastic components of the soap dispenser. Poorly designed product with bad to no warranty in my experience.

Replaced my faucet with this waterfaucet and I am extremely satisfied of the end result. Not only does it stand out but installation was easy. The beauty of this faucet is that it comes with long enough water hoses so you don't need to buy additional for hook up.

Was looking at faucets for several hundred dollars, but decided I didn't want to spend that much money. Found this for under $100 and it looks like something far more expensive! Very dark color with slight hints of copper lines coming through. Was easy to install. The only problem was with the single nut supporting the faucet if your not using the base plate. Very hard to get even the correct wrench for this install into that location and tighten it enough to secure the faucet.

Was easy to install by non professional. Looks really nice and seems to be of good quality. Very happy with this purchase.

This faucet looks amazing in our kitchen. Easy installation and manufacturer supplies all connection hoses. If u need to drill hole for soap dispenser it's 1 1/4" hole.

I haven't installed it yet as I am building a home but it is very pretty and nice and heavy

Wanted to replace a nickle/silver pull down faucet that had seen it's better days and was coming apart. Found this one at Home Depot. It was exactly what my bride wanted and what a great price ! ! ! It's been used many times each and every day for a year now and works/looks as good as the day we put it in! Some reviews stated the magnet did not hole well, but ours is still strong as day one. We also like the soap dispenser that came with it (trying to find matching one for use as a dishwash liquid dispenser). Would definitely recommend this faucet to anyone wanting a great value upgrade for their kitchen.
