I can't use the product anymore due to missing the spring and ball bearing that easily are lost when the set screw is removed. I think it's a bad design where parts can easily be lost when the screw is removed. I would not recommend this tool due to this "feature".

missing parts render useless tool
I have had the same problem as everyone else and missing the ball bearing and now have a construction themed paper weight... can't find replacement parts or indication of parts on milwaukee site or any other.

Would not buy again
Bought the quick change hole saw today, went to adjust the drill bit length and the hex nut bolt warped completely. Now, there is no way to adjust or remove the drill bit. Not a good look for the first day...

A must have
The bit has been through some tough trials and the arbor hasn't gotten stuck. Definitely a must have

The set screw that holds the holesaw assembly is not threaded properly. The set screw fails to bottom out and hold the holesaw tight. I had to use a hose clamp to make it work.

disappointed
I was disappointed after my purchase I would not consider this a quick change. You cannot change out to a different hole saw or drill bit without the use of an Allen wrench. Wrench was not provided either.

Customer service team didn’t fail
I am unable to edit my review I left a few weeks ago but I wanted to let people know Milwaukee’s customer service team is awesome and sent me a replacement arbor. I’ve used it several times with my holedozer kit at work since receiving. This arbor is very heavy, durable as is the quality of the holedozers I have. Thank you Milwaukee!

Worked perfectly!
This arbor fit right onto the Milwaukee 2-1/2 inch carbide hole saw I purchased. Simple assembly of arbor to hole saw. It worked perfectly to cut through an old heating convector radiator housing that had two overlapping sheet metal panels over 1/6 inch thick! I couldn't believe how smoothly it cut through. One issue I learned from other comments--take your time and work at low drill RPM's to cut an initial groove, and then just slow and steady pressure on the drill, and you'll be satisfied!
