I bought this washer about 3 weeks ago to replace the Maytag Neptune when the bearings went out and are no longer manufactured. I am extremely pleased with the new washer. However, I do wish I had the stand to make it easier to empty the washer. I would recommend this washer.

we bought about two months ago and is so nice that it stays is place on spin cycles. so far mine wife is not complaining so she must like it.

I purchased this machine about three weeks ago and so far so good! Very happy with the washing features and noise levels.

Overall an average washer. I am perplexed with the poor generic instructions for many models which reference features not on my model. Also, do not like the inability to make adjustments to set cycles. For instance adjusting the spin speed on normal cycle is not possible.

This washer has no handwash cycle, does not allow you to select desired water temperatures and other features. It locks the selection options so they can not be selected. It is also very noisy while operating and will not allow you to turn off or lower the audible notifications. I would not have purchased it if I had known of these limitations and noise issues. My Maytag EPIC was far superior to this model.

I bought this two weeks ago and am very pleased with it so far. I was hesitant to make the switch from top load to front load washer, but I'm glad I did. It saves water and cleans well. I washed a few pairs of dirty baseball pants and they came out clean. Impressive!

Have used my new washer about five times already and am very satisfied.

It is so nice to own such a solid well made appliance. American made is why I love my Maytag

I bought this a little over a month ago and am still learning many of the features. The giant capacity takes much of the stress out of laundry day.

I HAVE NOT USED ALL SETTINGS YET. SOME OF THE SPECIALTY CLEANING RUNS A VERY LONG TIME. HOW CAN THIS BE ENERGY EFFICIENT AND RUN OVER ONE AND A HALF HOURS ? MY CLOTHES FEEL VERY MUCH LIKE NEW WHEN WASHED.

Easy to operate , and really quite

This is an outstanding product that performs well. However, I cannot stand the sounds it makes when pressing the buttons. It isn't possible to turn off the tones made when pushing all of the buttons. It is SO bothersome, that I have actually considered returning the product or asking Maytag to have someone come out and disconnect all the tone generators.

Love the steam feature on both washer.The overnight wash and dry is a +++.

We bought this dual pair and I am very pleased with the performance so far. Do wish the washer had an interior light and a soak cycle.

very very quite

We love our Maytag washer. It does a fabulous job while still being efficient and not noisy. The one thing I wish it had was a "Quick cycle" like some other front loading washers I have seen. Otherwise, very happy with this product.

This machine broke after a year of light use. A large metal ring came out of the front and tangled in my very expensive sheets. This type of defect is unacceptable. This is my second new maytag appliance that had a significant issue after light use. I would not buy a maytag anything again

This washer is really a treat to wash clothes. A Maytag front-loader washes my clothes with half as much of detergent and water. My clothes come out sparkling! And, the washer is QUIET!

First front loader ever and am so happy with the performance

So far we are very satisfied with the washer.

This machine is easy to use, cleans well and provides way less wrinkled clothing. Maytag was state of the art for many years and then lost its way.Thinks are back to where they were.

I bought this machine about 5 months ago. I am not exactly happy with it so far. First of all, when you turn on the power, it has a loud signal. This cannot be turned off, and when doing laundry late at night, it wakes the whole family up. Second, it is now not spinning all the water out of my clothes, so it has to be serviced. This should not be happening with a practically brand new machine. This is my first Maytag machine- I am not sure I will purchase again. Also be aware that these machines are much deeper in length than other models, so they barely fit in my laundry closet, and the laundry door barely shuts.

Bought Maytag for reliability and we wanted our clothes to be clean. Not disappointed.

Wish the door could be hinged on right side. This would be much more convenient. Couldn't you make it reversible like the dryer?

Just love the versatility of this machine. It does everything you might expect from a washer. The size of the machine is outstanding and a great benefit.

I washed a semi heavy bathroom rug in my brand new washer. Would not rinse the run.Used second rinse cycle and still would rinse. Called repair. They said both drum in washed was damaged and must be replaced. I have washed this rug several times in my older front maytag.washer without any issues. Very disappointed satisfied with this new maytag. Only used washing machine for about three weeks. The repair person told me I should not wash anything heavy. This is a problem because 8 have king siz E bedding comforters.

We've had the washer for the last month. It cleans pretty well, but there is more maintenance than the top loader. Need to dump the extra water out of the detergent, fabric softener, and bleach dispenser after every load. I wish there was a feature to turn down, or off the chime every time you turn ON the washer, turn a knob, press a button, or open the door when trying to do laundry when people are sleeping.

I could not be more pleased with the washer than I am (and that would be 5 stars). The missing star is because I haven't yet received my necorebate for $100.
