The installation went smooth & even with all the bells & whistles it can do, it's still intuitive how to operate it. It's quiet. If you press the controls it beeps. I thought this was annoying, but bumping into the controls it turned on & alerted me. I would like a volume control on it. It weights about 250 lbs. & takes some help to move it. I am very please that it doesn't vibrate & move around like the other washers I've had.

I can wash big items, bed spreads, pillows, kitchen and bathroom rugs, my husbands coveralls, items that were difficult or not possible in my top load. I am using less soap, less water and I love the results.
