[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this item a little over two months ago. It seems to be a solid unit and performs great. The only drawback to a front load washer is the water that stays in the front rubber seal. I keep the door cracked when it's not in use so it can dry out in between uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me awhile to figure out how to set the water temperature, soil level, etc. I want with each load (you have to do it before you press the start button) and there are some features that I will probably never use like the overnight wash & dry cycle, and the "extra-large capacity" was pretty challenged with my king-sized comforter but it still did a decent job washing it, but these a minor negatives compared to the great big positive for how dry my clothes get during the spin cycle. One more thing, at first I missed having a drum light but then realized that since I always leave the door open when I'm finished with doing my laundry (to help it dry) now I don't have to unplug my machine to turn off the light.

Bought brand new in November 2016. After 2 months would not spin clothes out. In May received new replacement. After 2 months it did the same thing. They have replaced the tub, magnetic ring, control panel, and now after almost a year are telling me it is because I don't have it on a dedicated circuit. I would have to rewire my house to have it on a dedicated circuit. We did try it on the one dedicated circuit we have in the house. And it STILL will not wring out the clothing. My clothes are so wet when you put them in the dryer (which we bough at the same time) the drying has condensation inside when they are done and they clothes have water condensation on them... VERY dissapointed. I have taken more days off work for the Maytag repairman to come work on my washer than I have taken for anything else this year. There is obviously a problem but Maytag will not admit it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only frustration is that with touch sensitive controls on the front, I am constantly turning it on, changing settings, etc., just by brushing against the machine when I walk by.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty quiet for having it on our second floor. Lots of options and washes our king size comforter just fine and cleans up nicely. I leave the door open after each wash and have had no mildew smell yet. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I had a front load before but I couldn't get the smell out, I am really hoping with the fan it will not smell. It does get clothes clean and it spins out the clothes very well. I haven't used all the features yet, but I do really like it so far.

However cold wash does not give you a cold last rinse and dispenser accumulates water and needs to be drained and dyed when finished. Other wise it is a great washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've washed several loads now and have had great results. Seems that wash times are considerably longer than the old Neptune that it replaced. Laundry seems to come out much cleaner, perhaps due to the longer wash cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10+year old washer with this and have been very happy! Time cycles are reasonable- approximately 43 minutes for a regular load. It's quiet and handles the large loads I throw in!
