The door is fine, but the lock is unreliable and will need to be replaced.

Great solid door. Nice that it comes all assembled and its a quick install.

I received the door and it was wrapped in cardboard and cellophane plastic, once my contractors arrived and took it out of the box, it was much to my surprise that this door was installed once before. There are scratches on the exterior door frame for the sliding door and the track has two divots in it from someone prying up on the door. Although the in store experience is good, I am not happy with the quality of goods that the Home depot has delivered to me at all. This is the second door that I received damaged. Since my contractors were there and they already removed my existing door I was forced to have them install the damaged one. The door was not new. I paid for a new door. Thank you

This door looks nice and operates well, but mine came with keys that would not operate the lock, a nailing fin that was nearly impossible to install and a defect inside the door that prevented the exterior handle from properly seating to the face of the door. MP shipped new handles, which included a broken lock, but I was able to take parts from the old handle and make them work, after grinding down part of the handle to give clearance with the internal defect in the door.

I was exactly what we wanted. It first perfectly where is was installed.

i was looking for a new patio door, this door seem like a good deal for the price, i have to say this door is pretty heavy and installation was pretty easy, the only bad thing is the lock its a poor design , had trouble with it from day one, it would not lock from inside and outside , had to order parts two different times, MP doors need to redesign their locks, Happy with the door not the lock

I purchased this door but it came without screen. Additional over $100 added to the cost of the door. The major problem us the door came with a lock abd a set of keys. But the keys are stucked inside the door. Coukd jit get out the key. Now the door has already installed with the keys on it. Poor quality

Well made door that was easy to install. We're very pleased with it. Getting it delivered was a nightmare, however.

If you need a slider but don’t want to pay thousands this is a decent choice. Composite frame, strong and looks nice. Slide smoothly and good glass filtering. The only real downside which I think is very important is the weather stripping. The door and latch doesn’t allow deep closure on the frame so you have minimal weather protection. This is a small feature but critically important. It’s a heavy frame door and is strong but it is a lower end option. Delivery was good except the carton was ripped up and the accessory bag was missing. HD and the manufacturer ignored all requests to help there and I had to go third party to replace those items. It works, looks nice but as the title says, you get what you pay for.

Bought 2 of these to replace wood framed french doors that had started to dry rot. These are in a rental unit and the tenants were happy these are sliders rather than french doors because it frees up interior space that needed to be clear for the in-swinging french doors. They said they also appreciate that it's easy to just leave them open a crack for a little ventilation. Our contractor did not run into any problems swapping out these new doors with the previous. One of the locks was a little tight, and he adjusted it by loosening the mounting screws. The finish has a bit of a sheen to it, but it doesn't look "plastic-y" at all. Very nice upgrade at a fantastic price point. * * one of the doors arrived damaged with nicks and scratches on the door frame. HD was prompt to okay a return and the replacement was delivered the next day.

Put one of these in a duplex during Covid. Very heavy and rigid. Went in perfectly. Just installed a junk $500 jeldwin on the other side, almost pulled it out and took it back for one more of these. Spend the extra

Lock will not close and their customer service will not help

It came with a few minor scuffs but overall it was good.

Home Depot tried to give me an unboxed door. Employees to lazy to bring down a new one from an upper shelf

The rollers will not stay adjusted and have run out of travel to the point the door almost falls out of the track. This is very frustrating as the door is very hard to open and slide. I would not recommend this door and am very sorry I bought it and had it installed.

The door came but there is no way to adjust the height of the rollers. No screws exist in the place the instructions show.

I like the door; it operates good. But there are streaks and smudges on the glass on the insides of the glass panels that can't be cleaned from the inside or outside of the door.

Key stuck in door. Cant get it out.

We replaced an older Pella door with this. I found the workmanship to be top notch. This is a very heavy duty door that will stand up well to the elements. I actually found it to be better than the Pella doors I have upstairs. You can't beat the price either.

Seems like a good door. Pro. Works smoothly and fairly easy to install. Con. Miter along the top was not even and I did not like the design of the exterior mounting flange.
