After 15 years my Emerson Microwave died so I replaced it with this one. I followed the instructions and tested the microwave. Right away there was a burning smell and the unit was a little loud. I figured it was because it was fresh out of the box and that plastic smell would go away. The smell got worse. After 3 min of cook time I noticed the plastic turning the plate was melting so I unplugged it right away. I’m taking it back tomorrow.

I purchased the Magic Chef for my daughter's apartment, and to my surprise she loved it! She loved the size of the microwave and the overall heating/cooking of various type of food. She stated "It is the best microwave ever."

This microwave oven is making a weird noise (other than the humming of the microwave) underneath the glass plate after probably a month of using it. I'm thinking of returning it but I had threw away the box. But i don't mind the noise as long as it heats up the food I'm microwaving. Don't know if this will last 5 years though. My last microwave lasted for 9 long years.

In less than two months of receiving it, it started making a noise. Sounded like it was coming from the turntable. Also, the pushpad felt like it had two "scratches" already.... rough surface. I returned it.

It works perfectly.

Easy to operate

Exactly as advertised. Great value. Bargain shipping rate for Christmas.

The cost is ridiculously low for what product is. The only complaint as with most small waves is the noise during door opening and closing.

Enjoy every second I use this well designed and easy to use microwave. Easy to use is the best I can say. Buy it, you can't go wrong.
