Lasted less than two years before it started running loudly then the buttons stopped working. The entire panel had a glitch that only changed the auto cook options. Could not even press the start button. Just a beep and a different AC number would appear. Completely useless. Returned the same model when it was new with the same glitch. Model defect.

Purchased this microwave 11/25/17 and it doesn't work anymore. Before it stopped working the keypad was wore out. The plastic was coming off and you couldn't see the keys very well. My last microwave was a Kenmore and lasted me for 20 years. Buyer beware!

Thought it was working properly for a few years, but now realized it runs in defrost mode. Checked the wattage usage while it's running, and it goes down to approximately 40 watts, just the light bulb and turntable. Annoying that the three finish beeps don't stop if you quickly open the door.

Turntable failure
After 2 months turntable makes so much noise its unnerving . Of course warranty wont cover turntable. Last one was under top cabinet, turntable stopped and than unit died. That one lasted 3 years . Done with this brand of junk. 2/18/20

After four months display reads AC 3 and does not work anymore. Tried to return to homedepot but the rude sales person did not do anything to tryto help us because we did not use a home depot credit card .what a ripoff ! I found a dumpster on the way to a different store to buy a new microwave and threw it away. Will not be shopping at home depot again.

Perfect size for my needs. Easy to program. Cooks & heats well. Although it's lighter weight makes it move when the door is opened this was easily solved by putting a non-slip mat under it. I've had it a couple of weeks now and already it has been a huge improvement over my (not very old) previous microwave of the same power.
