Just as I hoped it would be.
Looks great in my bath, had to hire a contractor to install but that wasn't the fault of the grab bar. I have two of them now.

Good looking bar to put in my new shower. You can get a good grip on it and it is NOT smooth on the back part of the bar, so you have a better chance of your hand not slipping on the bar when you grip it.

I have Moen shower head in brushed nickel so I purchased the Moen grab bar to match. Not sure if it’s the age of the shower head, it there’s a color difference that is noticeable. I would have preferred it to be a better color match, but the baris nice and feels substantial.

Screws in package were not stainless steel and they are designed to go into wood. I had a tile shower, so I was not able to use them. I had to go to the hardware store for correct screws.
