Looks great, but has issues.
My two year old grand daughter broke the entire unit off the side of the cabinet it was installed onto. Three short screws holding the bracket plate are part of the problem, but I cannot get the mounting bracket out of the actual holder to reinstall it more securely. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks

Hello RodC and thank you for the feedback and rating you posted on the Moen website. The Moen Eva paper holder in chrome uses our Pro+Fit installation system. To remove the decorative part of the paper holder, on the side of the decorative post there is a square opening. Slide and press a small, flat bladed screw driver up into the opening; with your other hand you should be able to “rock/wiggle” the decorative parts away from the mounting hardware.

Very poor installation design
Love the look of the eva toilet paper holders but the single plastic wall anchor and snap-on design are flawed. The wall anchor does not hold well as ours are already loose after only 3 months. And removing the holder from the wall anchor is very cumbersome. I was able to re-tighten the wall anchor a bit but now the holder will not snap back on. The current setup may make it easy to install but it doesn't hold up very long. The wall anchor needs to be metal with two anchor holes for stronger support and you need to go back to set screws versus the snap-on.

I installed one towel bar without a hitch and is solidly mounted but the other is a bit wobbly and it is difficult to remove the bar from the mounts by pressing in on the tabs.
