A:  Hello janelle and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Eva European Single Post Toilet Paper Holder in Brushed Nickel features the Moen Pro-fit installation mounting system. If you do not have the Pro+Fit Installation Template, please use the following instructions. (Note: only one hole is required per mounting post.) 1. Mark on the wall where you want to install the product. 2. Using ¼” drill bit, drill one pilot hole for the post. 3. Position mounting post to wall by inserting wall anchor into pilot hole and pressing firmly. 4. Make sure that locking tab on mounting post is facing down (6 o’clock). 5. Tighten wall anchor screw while holding mounting post firmly in place. DO NOT over tighten (6 – 8 full turns will secure the anchor). 6. Attach post by pressing firmly to mounting post until it clicks. (The square opening at the base of the post must be facing down to match-up with locking tab.) If you are mounting any parts into a hard surface snap off the anti-rotation fins on the back of the mounting post. A:  I think you are talking about connecting the two pieces, correct? The holder and the wall mount? I would check a local hardware store (ACE) that may have that small screw. Otherwise, you could consider just gluing it in place with a construction cement. Hope this helps.

A:  Screws came in the packaging when I purchased the holder.

A:  The screw can be purchased at HD, or any hardware store.

A:  Yes but you should have it installed by someone with experience drilling into marble with a diamond-tipped drill bit. It’s anchored right into the marble. Mine went into drywall which is a much easier process but I love the look of the bronze hardware.

You would need to use a drill bit designed for marble and purchase the appropriate screws. There are anti-rotation fins on the back of the mounting posts that will also need to be snapped off. A:  Yes. I installed this very same hook on a ceramic tile wall. It requires drilling 2 small holes in the tile for securing the wall anchor with screws.

A:  The mounting system is extremely poor given the weight of the product and that generally you will not have the option of mounting into a stud. The product was installed by builder in each bathroom so we were replacing it in half bath. I believe the builder used separate hardware and may have even used mastic to help strengthen installation
