Product quality itself is good. Installation aspects could be better - especially with regard to the template provided for drilling (floppy paper with folds in it) and I've seen better quality in expansion plugs. One design aspect, and I'm not quite sure if there's a better way around this, but many brands of toilet paper are now sold in a 4" to 4.5" width. This holder will easily accommodate 5.5" width, which means it looks oversized if you're using a smaller roll.

I like it. It has the look I need. The right end of the rod flips up and the paper roll goes on it. The rod goes down and that is it. I need this because my son is oblivious to any metal paper roll holder. He will gladly rip the rod out and let it fall on the floor to crack the bathroom floor tile. So, this works because the rod is like a draw bridge. What I do not like is there is no picture of the fasteners under the bell-shaped holders. It is easy enough to mount but there is a bit of play with the holders. They sit, loose, on the fastener with no chance of adjustment. The holder is screwed it. It is either screwed in or not screwed in. The solution I found: put a little silicon caulk on the face of the fastener mount, then slip the bell-shaped covers onto the fastener. It dries, there is no movement, it cannot come off. Works for me.
