Product was exactly as described. Works exactly as it should. We are very pleased with this water heater. Extreemly easy to install. And if course takes up very little space. We have had it only a month however so far all is well.

I have been very happy with this Marey tankless water heater. I purchased it to use in my store and it supplies water to a bathroom sink and a utility sink. The water heats up quickly and I have not had any problems with it.

my product arrived timely shipping, condition was perfect, and as promised.do not yet know how satisfied operationally, because the amperage draw is 60 amps and the main breaker to my house is only rated at 50 amps. awaiting delivery of a new main-in breaker before I connect the unit and initiate product use. Unit is mounted exactly as I imagined when purchased. Will update and further review once install is complete.

Liked almost every idea of this model, however wiring this under the kitchen sink was proving to be more of a pain the butt than anything. It would have caused us to spend another 200.00 in electrical parts and we were NOT GOING TO have any part of that!

installed as easy any of the rest, programming is questionable, and tech support not available on weekends. not sure how i got it to work but it set 95 degrees and works better than the ecosmart it replaced.

works pretty well but the city water temp in northern Indiana is a bit much for it...will work great this summer I am sure. still works fine if I slow the waterflow rate down though.

Easy installation

Simple to install. Half inch fittings. I used PEX with Sharkbite fittings. It hangs on a wall. It requires a heavy 220 line, which I ran from a nearby power panel. It isn't truly instant, but it starts heating quickly and provides an unlimited amount of hot water. I use it on a large laundry tub style sink in my shop building. It serves my purpose of having hot water out there.

This was installed by a professional plumber and electrician and it never worked. Finally contacted a friend who is a retired plumber and he said he stopped installing electric tankless water heaters because a high percentage of them burned out instantly when installed. This will be returned shortly!

There was a problem in the computer unit. I have to return. The return policy is not helpful, because you cannot replace the unit you must return it first and repurchase. Also, The product said in manual to use 6 gage wire but it came pre-wired with 8 gage, very confusing. Delivery took almost two weeks-way to long these days. Not a good experience unfortunately.

Easy to install, small unit, I saved space, no worries about another water leak coming into the house and most of all it supplies enough hot water for the whole house. I give it two thumbs up...

This water heater was delivered in good condition. The packaging was sufficient to keep it protected and it arrived in excellent condition and ready to be installed.

More complete instructions for instaling. location presure reliese screw, diagram to show screw to open unit (mine was hidden by gromet on intake line). Mine leaked until release screw was tigntened.
