Does not maintain heat as I would like. When 8 run the hot water in my bathroom sink I can't use any cold water because the unit will lower the temperature and then turn off.

Tried contacting company 3 times to confirm water temp rise (Cheyenne, WY) for a single use washing machine.... after 3 weeks of no response, I returned it and bought another brand that returned emails and phone calls. I suspect the tech support will be just as good.

I purchase the product and I did not know until after I purchased the product and it was installed that you have to have a water purifying system in your home or the warranty was voided. I found out after it was purchased. The product stopped working do not what the issue is but since I did not have a water purifying system could not do anything about it...

R.V install
We live in a fifth wheel r.v full time. Heats the water real quick and works great. Not had one problem since we did the install. The only downside is for some reason sometimes when I'm showering you can't use the sink or all the hot water goes to the sink.
