This is a simple, effective fan switch. You can't use a light dimmer to control a fan. Not a particularly high end look or function but gets the job done for a reasonable price. Wiring is aluminum, not copper so you can assume the other components are not high end either.

When ordered a switch cover was pictured with the speed switch. No switch cover was delivered with the switch. Otherwise switch works well.
