Love this faucet I would have given it 5 stars except that the instructions are terrible! We had to go the the Delta site for better installation instructions.

The Delta Leland Single handle pulldown Kitchen faucet looks great. However we are getting a drip from the spray nozzle. Where do I get replacement parts and what parts do I need? Are there washers someplace which can be replaced instead of replacing the entire faucet? What does the warranty cover? I believe the faucet we have is model 978 with the Arctic stainless finish and the magnetite stocking sprayer head. I can’t find an exact model number on the unit. The Fossett came with the house and we are the original owners. It’s about nine years old. The problem is getting replacement parts.

I am so disappointed with this faucet. We had it installed by a plumber (additional $$$) and it drips constantly if you do not hit the exact middle of the "V". And I mean exact. Everytime you shut off of the faucet you have to maneuver the handle around to get the exact spot. Also, the switch that turns it from faucet to sprayer does not automatically go back to faucet after you turn it off so the next time the water is turned on, if the sprayer was left on it sprays water all over. I would definitely NOT recommend this faucet. I'm listening to it drip as I write this so have to go try and get it to stop...again. I hate this thing.

Bought this last week, Delta is a great faucet, and looks great with my Delta water filter.

nice faucet! We replaced a much older one in the house we bought; I like that the sprayer stays on until you turn it off. Also got the matching single hole bar faucet.

I bought this 978-SD-DST faucet in August of 2022. It has performed fine until about a week ago when it refused to shut off. I followed the maintenance directions in the installation instructions but it failed to correct the problem. I have contacted Delta in the hope that they will send a new cartridge ASAP, as I hate to waste water, especially like this. Maybe they can send two, so when this fails again in a year or two, I will be prepared.

Faucet does not shut off properly. Also has low sprayer pressure.

I just got the new faucet installed today and I love it! I also purchased a soap dispenser with this faucet and I am very pleased with this purchase.

I love this faucet! It is so stylish and works wonderfully.

It requires effort to turn off. Unlike others faucets, this requires the off switch to be very accurate. If you don’t pay attention, water will be dripping. The worst faucet I ever have.

We installed this faucet in 2009 when we remodeled our kitchen. Stylish and very functional. I would highly recommend this product
