Constant Dripping
The first year we had this faucet it had been fine. But by the second year there is a constant drip unless the handle is turned in the exact spot which isn’t even in the middle V, but off to one side. Just can’t figure out what the problem is.

Poor instructions...still mopping up
Sprayer connection is flimsy. No positive lock. Has a cripple bracket that pops on exterior to hold it together. It has popped off twice soaking my cabinet. Poor design. Tempted to put the original faucet back on.
Directions are the worst.

This is the second of two faucets to fail this...
This is the second of two faucets to fail this year. Lousy product: the valve is very fragile. I have more invested in plumber fees than faucets, and I have plenty invested in this faucet. The warranty isn’t much help.

Replaced similar 12 year old faucet. Easy swap. New faucet...
Replaced similar 12 year old faucet. Easy swap. New faucet is considerably less robust than the original, but works nicely. Good looking unit. Instructions were lacking detail on how to attach spray head and goose neck to spout base. Seems like the assembly may have been pre-assembled in earlier packaging.

Dripping Faucet
I do not recommend this Faucet for the same reason that a lot of other people did not recommend it. It drips constantly if you do not turn it off and get it in the exact position that keeps it from dripping. We had it installed about 9 years ago by a plumber. Our water bills are very high, I’m sure the dripping water contributes to that issue. I do like the way it looks, however this problem needs to be addressed, but I am not in a position right now to replace it with a new one.

PERFECT FIT AND COLOR
A dripping pull down faucet head was the culprit. Called Delta Faucet and I got the part,...free of charge as Delta has a lifetime warranty!

Love my faucet
We remodeled our kitchen several years ago, and we’re having issues with the faucet turning off completely. I called delta and they sent replacement parts for free. It was easy to fix and my faucet is like new again!

Beautiful, but hard to turn off
My wife loves the look of her new oil rubbed bronze finished faucet. I really like the all brass construction, especially at this price point. What neither of us like is how you must be very precise in placing the handle in the exact position to turn off the water completely. We’re constantly finding the water dripping and have to again hunt for the sweet spot off position.

This is the second faucet of this model we have had in our kitchen. We like the design, but the quality does not meet our standards. We purchased the replacement faucet and had it professionally installed in July 2019. After five months, the faucet has begun to drip. While it has a parts warranty, the labor for a plumber must be incurred again. We are planning remodeling our two bathrooms this year with over six faucet replacements. They will not be Delta for those projects or future projects.
