[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 8 years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I love to bake cookies, but I couldn't do it anymore because of my tremor. I couldn't mix the thick doughs and hold the bowl at the same time. The mixers I had didn't have power I needed. I finally broke down and bought my Classic Kitchenaid mixer. I'm amazed by it. It can thoughly mix the dough in 10 seconds and everything stays in the bowl! My cookie jars are filled now. This machine has bought me so much joy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the kitchenaid mixer for two months and it’s amazing. A month of having it, I had to invest in the attachments and so glad I did. Very easy to handle and change out attachment. Homemade spaghetti is a family favorite! Will never go back. Being able to shred our own cheese, taste better. Never realized the coating on pre-shredded cheese. Cannot wait to get the ice cream bowl and juicer. Love it’s multipurpose and the way you can customize it to your liking. A must have in the kitchen!!!

It makes meals easier for sure. Not only does it simplify meal prep but I have an arthritic disease and it does the hard work for me now. It’s a staple in my kitchen and adds to the farm house decor ascetics as well!!! What can I say but I AM IN LOVE WITH MY MIXER!!!! ..(side note they also got me the Kitchenaid immersion blender that I HIGHLY recommend to be part of every kitchen!)

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’ve now had this unit for about 2 months and can say it’s made everything in the kitchen easier. I find myself purposefully finding recipes just so that I can use this more. Pros: -the build quality is second to none -I haven’t encountered anything it hasn’t been able to mix -all attachments I’ve tried are wonderful Cons: -a little noisy, often sounds like it’s struggling -seems to struggle with properly reaching bottom of bowl which usually is a non-issue

Very few times in life does something (a product) come along that not only makes a statement - but completely disrupts an entire market and with it the whole economy to which that market belongs. Like the coming of the first automobile by Henry J. Ford in 1912 with his Model - A or the advent of heavier-than-air flight from Kill Devil Hills in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina by two bicycle repairmen the Wright Brothers, Orville and Wilbur in 1914 among these giants of industry, and only a little bit younger comes KitchenAid whose H5 stand mixer was introduced by Hobart Manufacturing Company (care of Whirlpool) in 1919. As the world was one-year into the throes of global conflict and the tracks of tanks turned over war torn fields of the French countryside...KitchenAid gryo-mixing heads spun to confect treats for our brave men on the front lines and in the trenches. My father bought our KitchenAid Classic mixer approximately 20 years ago, long before I was anything like the home "chef" I am today. We recently purchased half-a-hog from my farmer sister which I broke down into primal cuts and then those into butcher cuts; what was not used in those classic fabrications was reserved for sausage. We were left with a total of 36 pounds (net) to grind. In all it took about 2.5 hours to run all of it through a medium grind; season, then run through a fine grind. Our KitchenAid Classic did it all with its longest straight run time being about one hour and ten minutes. I'll be honest, I used to look at "gadgets" like this as a cop out, a tool of convenience and an affront to someone who wants a purist outlook on the food he cooks, like me. But oh my goodness was I wrong. I now use this stand mixer that has been in service for two thirds of my life for everything I possibly can. I use it to make bread dough, cake batter, whipped cream, meringue...I even use it to make the most silky and delectable omelet mixture. Here's the rub of this whole thing and the main reason (among a vast many) that prompted such a review.....until the night of grinding mentioned above - this KitchenAid Classic stand mixer sat idle for FIFTEEN YEARS! We had to dust and disinfect it from its time on the shelf and it "fired right up" and went to work just as happily as any one of Snow White's Seven Dwarves, by Walter P. Disney in 1937. The "whir" of its engine something similar to "Hi ho, hi ho...". THAT! That was the most impressive quality to me. So! Just as Henry Ford's car led to the Chrysler 300C and the Dodge Viper GTS. Just as the Wright Brother's "Flyer" led to the F-14D Tomcat, the F/A-18C Super Hornet and the AC-130U Hercules Specter Gunship. Indeed, just as Walter Disney's "Snow White" would lead to "Frozen" - my KitchenAid Classic will lead to amazing and perfectly prepared dishes on my dinner table. No kitchen kit is complete without one! Remember - "If its well made; it was probably done in a KitchenAid!" Thank you all, at KitchenAid for such a great product! Have since purchased the pasta maker and ice cream maker and the beater bar with spatula. Haven’t used the ice cream maker yet as it’s a valentine gift for my husband. But first time making pasta was fun ,easy and fabulous!!! Love love love everything about it!!!!

She loves to bake, and we have had cheesy zucchini bread, brownies, cakes, cookies and truffles made by her just in these first 2 weeks! She loves it and the accessories she received by grandparents.
