I’ve not even had this thing a year and it already crapped out! It says it’s done brewing with more than half a tank left! It sounds like it’s struggling to pull the water in the entire time! I’m so mad

Works well except when opening the coffee basket lid water drips and accumilates on the burner after removing the pot. Note to self: leave dirty empty pot in place until basket has been removed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this KitchenAid 12 cup coffee maker recently and have been very pleased with its overall performance. I particularly like that the water reserve is removed easily for cleaning. It also makes great tasting coffee!

The water pump quit working after 6 months. Huge waste of money. I will never buy anything from kitchen aid again.

We owned an older version for too many years to count which shows the durability of the Coffee Maker which was a bit complicated in the programming features. It has been simplified and much more user friendly and intuitive. Best part....makes GREAT coffee!

Took awhile to figure out how to adjust the settings/modes, but we've got it down now. Love that there is an indicator that says when the machine needs to be cleaned - don't have to guess. And nice that you can put in water to be brewed via the caraffe, or remove back water receptacle to fill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a kitchenaide coffee pot before this one and LOVED it for over 20 years, was still working but the heating element was not quite what it used to be so we decided to buy a new pot thinking it would be as great as the first one but am finding this not to be true, the clock loses time weekly and also is a nightmare to set to come on next morning, do not like any of the features on this new pot - am very very disappointed with the performance and definitely wish I had just kept the old one :(

I bought this several months ago and love how hot the coffee is. However, attempted to order replacement charcoal filters that do not fit. Have Model #KCM1202OB, and am unable to locate charcoal filters ANYWHERE, including the KITCHENAID.COM website. This is why I remember hating getting coffee makers with a filter... you can NEVER FIND THEM.
