[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I fond this KitchenAid 12 Cup Coffee maker with a detachable water reservoir detachable, I knew this was the new coffee maker for me! The "bold" setting is perfect. It is easy clean and does not take up that much room! I love my new coffee maker!

I bought this in September to replace a ten year old Black and Decker coffee maker. I wanted something high end and pretty and had to convince my husband that it was worth the money to get a Kitchenaid. By December the clock was losing time so the coffee wasn’t ready when I got up. Then, it stopped working altogether two weeks ago. The pretty pony went in the trash and now an ugly Black and Decker workhorse is on the counter. I’m so disappointed in an expensive appliance with a quality name on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a replacement for our 14 cup KitchenAid coffee maker. Looks great on the counter and makes a great pot of Folgers. Not as many features as the 14 cup along with a smaller carafe but does fine and the price was a bargain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking coffee maker and it works well. BUT..... (1) why is their no window showing water level in the front? That is in the back.... you know... the side that/s facing the wall. Yes, you can remove it to fill it, but then that's an extra step. (2) the basket that holds the coffee filter is a little awkward to insert---until after you figure it out. It's okay, but not intuitive. (3) Put the button to start?- No, push it twice--then it'll start? Why?? Makes good coffee though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one month ago to replace a Krup coffee maker that I had for several years. I like the design and looks of the KitchenAid but the lids and plastic filter basket seem a bit flemsey. The on/off switch also seems a bit hesitant, sometimes I have to push it several times to get it to turn on.

I generally make 6 cups in the morning. When it’s all said and done, I’m left with a very dark 4 cups because all of the other water has escaped in the form of steam! I have to add more water, which defeats the purpose of setting the timer, since I have to fix it. Also the clock seems to never keep the right time. Not sure what’s up with that

I really love Kitchen Aid coffee makers. I had my previous one for almost 3 years. Never had a problem. I bought this one 4 days ago and I'm having an issue with the brew button. It gets stuck when pushed in and won't turn on or off.

We are on our second KitchenAid coffee maker and we love it. We brew 2 pots a day (regular and decaf). Only issue is I can not find anywhere online or in stores a replacement for the water filter!

I bought this as a christmas gift for a family member. She is pleased with it but after about a week the clock is usually about 4-5 minutes behind. So it probably loses about a minute a day.

I love almost everything in it, in fact I thought to give it 5 stars, but the fact that water splash out when opening the lid of the coffee let me down.

Really wanted a programmable coffeemaker to wake up to smell of coffee brewing. Has all the desirable features but never got a good cup of coffee out of it - tried everything. Going back to my Melitta non-electric drip method.

WE ARE ON OUR THIRD KITCHEN AID COFFEE MAKER. WE HAD TO RETURN TWO OTHERS DUE TO LEAKING OF THE WATER HOLDER. NOW WE HAVE TO RETURN OUR THIRD COFFEE MAKER BECAUSE THE OFF/OFF BUTTON DOE'ST WORK. I WONDER IF KITCHEN AID HAS AT LEAST ONE COFFEE MAKER IN THEIR INVENTORY THAT WORKS PROPERLY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when I needed to quickly replace my broken coffeemaker. I trust the Kitchen Aid brand and like the smooth flavor of the coffee. I just wish it were a 14-15 cup instead of a 12 cup, I do love the reservoir fill feature

Overall we like the coffee maker but the clock loses a couple minutes a day so I have to reset it every few days. I’m baffled how a digital clock doesn’t keep time. Very frustrating.
